Hey everyone!
Today was DISC 21, Meso 2, Week 3 , Back & Biceps! Still loving my Power Tower for those pull-ups/chin-ups!! Tough workout , I struggled on the last few reps of ALL the bicep work. I had to lower my weight on deadlifts though. 70#'s KILLED my forearms and fingers. I'm pissed, because my backside could handle that much. Any advice on that?
Belinda: I'm excited about the workouts too!!! I didn't get the downloads, will have to wait for the shipping. But I know when Cathe ships, they come within a few days here. So I'm sure I'll have them next week! I'm still doing STS< so I'll add in the cardio workouts until I'm done. And then I can play with the weight work after the new year!!
Nora: Nice workout yesterday! Hope you don't get a full blown icky cold.
Debbie: The oldies are fun, aren't they? I had fun with the one I did last week too, I think it was Step Jam.
Jessica: Wine or a tough workout, both are all good! This is your "rest" week anyhow. So wine is the better choice !
