Chris- Hello's and hugs girlfriend nice to hear from you. Oh I so hear you on kid issues and money stuff, ugh right! I feel your pain, hang in there girlfriend you are made of tougher stuff than this stuff, so you go girlfriend!


I have had PF before so not fun. I hope you can find workout that don't irritate things. I think Belinda had issues with that for a while as well if I remember she started doing TJ and that seemed to not make things hurt or worse or maybe BBL. Combat seems to me to be pretty easy on the feet and joints at least for me. I hope those suggestions are helpful to you. Take care and be well
