Crazy, strong & loving it for June!

Today was suppose to be yoga but I seem to have slept wrong and that muscle that runs down the left side of my back (between the shoulder blade and spine) felt a bit twisted. So I walked on my treadmill for 20 minutes (1 mile) and then did Yoga Stretch by Karen Voight. It helped, I'm feeling pretty good right now and the muscles doesn't feel twisted anymore.

Good Morning,

I woke up this morning with a headache and between my shoulder blades is tight which sucks because I really want to do some wts. I will probably go for a walk outside if the rain stays away and then some abs and another stretch.

Belinda-you are to funny.

Debbie-that is where my pain has been all week.

I am not working out today I'm still trying to recuperate from the side effects of my MS meds and those nasty flu like side effects, so not fun.

Roxie- have a nice walk today weather permitting. I'd becareful about using weights until the tightness between the shoulders and upper back are feeling fine. Take care and I hope the soreness goes away.;)

Debbie- Glad to hear the walk on the TM and Yoga Stretch seemed to help any sort of stiffness or soreness.

Belinda- Have a wonderful workout today with JMBR Ballet Sculpt. I hope all is well with you and yours. Have a fab Friday girls!

I ended up walking on the TM for 45 mins and I probably won't do any ab work.

I like getting a head start on things! Yay for June, Belinda!!

Today I did Total Body Trisets, the total body premix timesaver. And then did Heavy Bag Tabata and 100 KB swings.

Debbie, Good call on doing the yoga. Glad it helped.

Chris - yeah:eek: The end of this month I will go to Germany. I will have internet, not sure if I think about it;) I will check in from Germany, but more likely not every day:D My sisters took off work, I want to spent as much time as I can with them. How are you doing? Good job, on your workouts today.

Today I did 3 segments from Peak Fit's Cardio Strength 2, 150 KB Swings + Squats, and a new June Abs challenge I joined up with.

Nice job on CK25, Roxie!! Get those abs done!!

I tried Kelly's new Body shop and chose to do a Lower body premix to try it out and it was awesome on my lower back this really took away my back pain, I swear the angels were singing. I had a good workout and was so amazed how my back felt after doing Lower body premix from Body shop I was able to do my other workouts with out pain. That's it for me today.

Morning ladies,

Sorry for not checking in yesterday. Yesterday we went and saw to the American vs. Germany soccer game in DC.

Came home just to find my lap dog locked into my bedroom the entire time we were at the game):mad: Make a long story short, he ripped up the entire carpet in front of the door:confused:. I guess, he tried to get out. He can not be along when thunder/lightning is outside. He gets scared really bad:mad: Now I have to replace the entire carpet, I doubt we can patch/match the carpet by the front door. This morning I have to go carpet shopping.


I will be back in the afternoon.
 
Today was cardio and I did a Cardio Coach mix I made up. Had an ok workout, Monday's usually aren't my best workouts. Not bad, though.

Debbie - he follows me everywhere. It's not his fault! I didn't check after leaving the room. I forgot! I don't care about the carpet, I was more worried about him. We where in such a hurry to get out the door, not his fault! Trust me, I felt so bad. There was blood on the carpet from him chewing it. When I saw that, I started to cry:( My poor baby!

This was a fun workout and I have to say so far I'm loving Xtrain. I've tried several but have not done all of them. I did try rock hard the boxing one but didn't really feel it resonated for me. I do love all the premixes and the weight workouts.

I did KCMs Body Shop and I thought I was going to pass out at one point it was a great workout with new moves and then I did some abs, 50 squats and CK25 WK4 D2 and that was also a toughie.

Went carpet shopping all day:mad: To replace the carpet in my bedroom is between $3000 and 4000 dollars:mad: That's a lot of money! We looked at Costco's carpets, someone will come this week to give us an estimate. I have a feeling it's not gonna be cheap. We shall see. I am also considering instead of putting carpet down, maybe wood floor? I personally don't like carpets, but if we do decided to sell our house in a few years...a lot of people like carpets:eek: There is a lot to think about.

I did JS and JMBR week 7, workout 7 today.

Nora - not one of my favorite either. To much jumping, not really boxing. Good job with your workout today.

I did KCM's Total Body Kickbox 1 and I was so disappointed in this workout it was the one I was waiting for because I really like her boxing kickboxing workouts, I couldn't get the moves down so I didn't burn a whole lot of calories. I went for a 1.74 mile walk outside before it started raining again and I did 55 squats.

Roxie- Sorry you didn't care for Total Body Kick box workout 1 from KCM. In truth I haven't tried that one yet I had heard good things about workout 2 its the kickbox sculpting workout, I do have that on my schedule for this week I think. Glad you liked Body Shop though and it does seem tough, that looks like good one. Nice workout with your walk and the 55 squats, WTG!!!;)

Belinda- Yes carpeting can get expensive good luck hopefully Costco will offer an reasonable estimate price wise. Nice workout too by the way with JMBR keep up the great job!;):)
