I ended up taking a rest day yesterday:eek: Alesia come home after driving all the way to DC just to find out a water pipe broke. They closed the office:eek: We found a nice hair dresser here in town. They even got us wine:p


Today I will do a circuit workout and abs!

Today I worked Legs & Calves. Had a great workout.

I just finished my workout for today. I'm not feeling very well today just no energy, but I still got the workout planned today.

Debbie-I am seeing results in the mirror and the way I feel but not a whole lot on the scale or in BF%. We are going to discuss my diet and maybe tweaking some things.
 
Hi girls;)

I planned to workout today, but my back is really bugging me today. I can only get around by using my cane today. So, needless to say I thought it would be best to skip lifting weights and doing the Brazil Butt lift workouts I had originally planned for today. I hope to just rest and feel better so I can workout again starting next week. Have a great weekend girls, and I'll see ya at Monday's check in.

I didn't workout at all yesterday and I couldn't get out of bed this morning so tonite is PT and elliptical. We are going to do foam rolling.

Quick check in: I don't know what I did to my lower back yesterday:eek: it's killing me! I started right before/after I did Intesnity. I can hardly bent over:confused:I was hoping the pain would go away by now, been taking Ibuprofen. I need to take a muscle relaxer and see if that helps.

I will give my back a break, hoping to get a workout in tomorrow.

I decided to do Cathe's June 12 Rotation. With modifications as needed/wanted. Today was HIS, with the chest and back weight work. Good Monday workout!

Gotta get in my steps and stairs still!

Belinda: hope you feel better! What the heck happened to your back?!?

Nora: Hope YOU are feeling better too, girl!

Roxie: AND YOU FEEL BETTER TOO!!!! Good work with the PT last week though. You ARE doing great!

Pt kicked my butt again tonite I thought we were foam rolling but I was wrong and because of TTOM and a hot flash I almost didn't have enough energy to finish. We only did 2 rounds of the circuit she could tell I couldn't handle anymore, she also told me that a couple of her other clients have complained about the scale one said it was way different then the one at the gym so she wants me to start weighing at home once a week.

I used Cathe's orange disk instead of a cloth because I don't have wooden floors like Leandro. Cathe's disc on carpet without the black covering in awesome on carpet.

Ok, I'm seriously tuckered today and my low back is still bugging me. Luckily, today is the beginning of week 12 of Les Mills Pump so just one more week after this week. This is also week 2 of Brazil Butt Lift for me and today was the first time I did Leandro's Secret Weapon workout is just toning but its done much like slide n glide fashion and trust me you do feel it. It was fun and I'm sure my tush and legs will be talking to me tomorrow about it. It's all good stuff in today's workout and its always fun to mix things up workout wise. It sounds like you ladies have had great workouts for today as well, way to go girls, give yourselves all pats on the back. Excellent job and cudo's to Roxie and working out with PT and gym way to go!!!

Wtd. Bar Lunges-back, side, curtsy five on each leg with three little jumps after each set x2
Wtd Bar Squat with Overhead press wearing and ankle band and going the width of the gym and back. x2
Burpees-out, jump up jump forward jump backward for 30 seconds x2

I think that was it.

Today I was very busy with getting stuff ready for my DH's birthday dinner and cake! Plus my oldest son decided he was going to go to the nurse and complain about his red eyes. So of course, I had to go pick him up. Brought him to the Ped. , NOT pink eye. Just irritated/allergy/cold related. Grrr! So he missed a day of school, which he can't afford. Anyhow...

I did do 4DS Bootcamp w/ Bicep and Tricep weight work!!! I sometimes forget how great 4DS really is!

Nora: I can't believe you are doing Les Mills AND BBL! You crazy girl!!!!

Roxie: YIKES on that PT workouts!! Sounds like you are really doing well having a PT though.

Debbie: CC is no joke!!! nice going!!

Belinda: I am sure you did something crazy today!. What did you decide on a rotation? sorry if I keep asking. I thought you said you were going to do Bob and/or Jillian. But I see Cathe. So I think I missed something! LOL!
