Today was Day 6 of Couch to 5K. Woke up with a headache (thanks Aunt Flo) but had a pretty good workout. It felt hard because my head hurt, but my HR was really good. I also did one more interval from what I did Monday and Wednesday.

I'm not sure I'll be able to run 3 miles at 4.5. I'm going to try, but after the last interval today I was spent. Could be due to TTOM but I don't know. We'll see.

T.G.I.F!!!! Happy Friday!:D I did workout today and finished my workout at about 2:30 pm. This is my last week of CLX. I have one more workout to do tomorrow of CLX. I may decide to do 1 week of CLX Lean for Life Phase or extend it a bit not sure may have to rethink that depending on when PeakFit Challenge gets here. I am loving CLX and so so glad I got the entire system and the deluxe and extreme workouts that go with it. It really is fun and time efficient love that.

Debbie- Nice run today, WTG!! Wow, 4.5 Miles yikes that sounds tough to me I probably would have trouble with that and possibly not finish. My knees have a tough time with running these days so I haven't done it in a while. Hang in there with Aunt Flo I know what you mean.;)

Chris- I'm sure you'll get a great workout with Cardio Strength from Peak Fit
I'll be excited to get my PeakFit and am looking forward to doing those workouts. I'm happy to hear your enjoying it and have so many positives to say about it.;)
