Crazy, strong & loving it for July 27, 2011

Good Morning,

I didn't get my workout in last night DH came home sooner then expected so I spent time with him before he leaves town again to day. I am leaving work early today to go to the dr. so tonite I will do KCM KBX and then Lower Body. I haven't been dizzy in the last 24 hours go figure since that is what I am going to the dr. for so I hope to get a really good ab work in.

Today was Week 5, Day 2. This one had 2 - 3/4 mile jogs with 1/2 mile walk in between.

I started out at 4.0 and did .5 miles, then with the last .25 miles I dropped down to 3.7 mph. I thought that might be too slow to jog it, but it wasn't. It actually felt like a good pace for me.

I tried running on my middle foot to toe instead of heel to toe, at first it felt really good - almost natural. By the last .25 miles my arches were hurting and my ankle bones, too, for some reason. Not sure if it's because my feet need to get use to running this way or not. Anyways, I know I need new running shoes.

The 2nd 3/4 mile wasn't as bad as the first. I did that one at 3.8 and then dropped to 3.7. My HR only got as high as 144 bpm with each interval.

Oh, and I had dh change the battery in my strap and the thing held my HR the whole workout. :) Hopefully that was the problem.

Didn't learn anything at the therapist today because I wasn't experiencing any dizziness but I am suppose to call him if it comes back.
 
Hey girls,

I did my D6 legs around 4 pm, late for me. Had trouble with skype today, wouldn't connect for some reason:(

I used my weighted vest, loved it! Glad I bought it! Still need to pack for tomorrow:p can't decite what to bring? I only have some much cloth.


I don't think I will check in until Sunday, leaving for the RT tomorrow.
