CRAZY, STRONG & LOVING IT FOR JULY 26, 2011

Today was total body and I had no desire to workout at all. The only workout I could come up with was Muscle Max and I'm sick of that workout. I was scanning my DVD's and seen Supersets and Push/Pull and thought, why not? I chose Supersets and I had a blast and a really good workout. I haven't done this workout in literally years. I remember it being easy but not so today. Got a good sweat going and really had a good workout. Thursday I'll do Push/Pull. Looking forward to that.

What's cool about these workouts is the ab work is mixed in with it, so this week I'll be working my abs twice. :D
 
Good Morning,

Tonite for me is KCMs Split Sessions Lower Body and Cindy Whitmarsh Total Body Sculpt Abs. They don't require me to lay flat on the floor. I am headed to a therapist tomarrow to help with my vertigo.

Debbie-awesome news on the ab work. Are you going to get the new workouts?

Roxie - No, I don't think so. I think they are cardio & weights based workouts again? I have enough of those. I should check them out but from what I read, I'm not really interested in purchasing them.
 
Hi girls,

Sorry, for not checking in this morning. I did do my workouts early this morning. I couldn't check in, had to get ready to go to a notary and sign the closing documents for our house in El Paso. Tomorrow it's final!!! The house will no longer be ours. I don't think I ever signed so many documents in my life:)

This is what I did this morning : M1 D4 plus 30 min gentle yoga with Suzanne Deason, love that workout. I also walked the dogs for 1.5 miles.

Debbie - I love SS, so much fun! Good choice this week. BTW, I think you doing great with your runs. Keep it up! You will see some improvement soon. Can you repeat last week schedule, untill you get to where you wanna be?

Roxie - hope they can help you tomorrow. Good luck! Good job, yesterday.

Nora - I got tired reading all your workouts yesterday.:p You go, girl.

Chris - have fun with your vacation.

I will do D6 legs tomorrow. This way all my weight training is out of the way.

I just finished my workout for today, phew! Wow its Tuesday already and July is nearly over, where did the time go? Oh well.

Here's today's workout:

Treadmill Warm up with 2 min walk and run for the remaining 13 min= 15 min and cooldown stretch
Met Value= 8.5
Calories burned= 174
Distance= 1.18 Miles

PeakFit Challenge- Pure Cardio= 54 Min
Met Value= 8.50
Calories burned= 627

Total calories burned= 801:cool:

Ok girls, I really need to eat and go take a shower. BBL! have a great day!:);)
