As soon as I wake up, I will start M1 W3 D7 (CSB):D Need more coffee!

This week is last weeks workouts only in superset format. Had a really good workout this morning. Felt very strong. Took a long time to set up between supersets, though. Wish I could do it faster. I felt like I got too much rest between each superset.

1 minute rest between each set. 3 sets/5 reps.

Went up 5# on every exercise from last week.

Warmup:
Flat Bench Press - 65# - 2 sets/12 reps
ss w/
Dumbbell Rows - 15's - 2 sets/12 reps

I was whipped after this.

Kitties are doing better. Still some hissing but they are playing together. :)
 
I chose to sleep in this morning vs. battling with my usual Sunday night fitfull sleep pattern of late and it was the right decision. Another weird dream night but at least I didn't feel stressed about getting up to workout becaues of it. I will go home and do Core Fusion Bootcamp tonight which I'm excited for! I've only done a bit of it and loved it so excited to do the whole thing tonight. REALLY good for the core and obliques and surprisingly does work up a good sweat (based on the portion I did try last time).

Belinda - how was the STS workout?

Debbie - damn girl, those weights are awesome (as usual!). I'm so glad the kitties aren't fighting as much! See? There is a light!

Roxie - Nice job on the pushups!! Woo hoo!!! Have fun with KPC. Abs were sore for one day after I did them. That workout always makes me sore, though. Is that what you meant?

Hi ladies. Sorry I am always MIA on the weekends. I had 2 training runs. Got in a really good 8.5 mile run on Saturday (it was sunny and about 50 degrees) and a much colder, fast 4.1 miles yesterday (definitely not as fun as Sat).

Today I am going to call it a rest day as much as I really really really hate too. I'm feeling really drained, totally unmotivated, downright pissy even thinking about working out (and also about not working out).

Not a great way to start the week. I hope everyone else is much happier :D

Jessica- I hope you have a good nights sleep tonight. Core Fusion Bootcamp is what you mentioned you had planned for tonight. I checked out Core Fusion Bootcamp clip at Collage video.com and it looks really great. I was considering getting that one myself. Roxie- Wow, sounds like an ambitious workout you have planned for today. I hope you got all of that in with KPC, Abs, and Pushups. Bravo for being able to to pushups from your toes!!! That's something really amazing I know its only been the last year that I can do them myself. Congrats on the huge pushup victory, I know its a big accomplishment. Bravo!!!:cool:

Heather- WOW! that's all I can say about your amazing training you've been doing. This weekend is no exception saturaday you did a 8.5 mile run:eek::cool: Applause and bravo's on that girl! Then Sunday you did a fast 4.1 mile run, you are an awesome cathlete keep up the phenomenal job with your training, you rock!:cool::);)

Roxie- No worries on not doing KPC because DD and her DH are coming over, have a wonderful evening and just enjoy their company. Sometimes things come up and the workout gets put off, but just for that day ok. LOL!! Take care!;)

Chris- Sorry to hear your teenage son is giving you attitude. I'm right there with how your feeling, I'm in the trenches with that too. It hurts when they tell you they hate you or stuff like that. I wind up venting to hubby and he just shrugs and says my son is just going through some stuff. GRRRR! That's so not helping me nor does it make it ok he's being disrespectful and just plain rude. I do talk to my son and try to make him see things from my point of view. Sometimes that works. My other thing is to count to 20 because I have a temper and just calm down before I attempt any discussion with him. I really hope its just a hormonal thing that he'll grow out of....Hang in there Chris, I feel your pain. Besides, we're cathletes so we can go workout to get out the frustration in a positive way. I know it puts me in the mood for kickboxing and boxing, LOL!!!
