Not sure, what cardio I will do today? I may even try STS TB or TBB today ;)

Good Morning,

I woke up an cold is back full force which sucks because DH and I are spending the whole day with oldest DD and her DH. She is going to come over and get her workout done then we are going to watch a basketball game and then head to Topeka shopping at Sams Club. I am going to try and at least do Basic Step this morning just so I can say I did a workout this week and probably the abs add on. I received 2 new KCM workouts that I ordered plus I have pre-ordered her new ones, each of these are suppose to be high re/endurance workouts that she recommended.

Belinda-enjoy whatever workout you choose.
 
Todays total body workout:

2 sets/15 reps with 2 minute rest between each set. Since I was working different muscle groups I only rested enough to change exercises and set it up and then I started as fast as I could. 2 minute rest makes a 45 minut workout an hour. Glad there were only 2 sets.

Weight Bench Dips - 25#
Dumbbell Calf Raises - 35's
Hamstring Curls - 40#
Lateral Raise - 10's
Bent-Over Lateral Raise - 12's
Decline Chest Flyes - 20's

I hate 15 reps, felt each set and got a great burn.

We decided to rename Fuzzy Monkey to Satan Monkey! LMAO!

I think we are the problem with our cats. I think we need to leave them together more then we are. The minute they start chasing each other we lock Fuzzy up. Maybe thats bad? Maybe they need to just work it out on their own. So far today they've been pretty good. Still chasing each other but there is less growling and meowing, only hissing. We're home most of the weekend so we will be here to watch them.

Well I did manage to be get Basic Step done without coughing lungs hurt though and then I did Shape abs and Total Body Stretching burned a total of 255 cals.

Debbie-that sounds like a really good idea let them go and see what happens. Love the new name change.
 
Hey Girls...

Still in a bit of a funk here with my son. Thanks Belinda for understanding AND making me feel like it's "normal". I'm just devastated he "hates" me and uses 4-letter words to me. I NEVER EVER said the F word to my mother, ever. :( I find it so disrespectful and it crushes me.

Anyhow, today is busy for me and so I did TF: HiiT 15, which is an AWESOME workout for 15 minutes! Spit status! Can't beat that for 15 lousy minutes of my day, right?

Nice job on your weights today, Debbie. .. When we introduced our first cat to our new cat, we kept them separated for about 1-2 days. One would stay in a bedroom for 1/2 the day and then we'd switch them out , so it could smell the other cat. After that, we put the new cat in a cat carrier, so the other could sniff it. And then we opened the door and let him come out on his own. They sniffed each other and hissed and chased each other, but they got comfortable with each other after the rest of the day.

Sorry you're still sick, Roxie. :(

Anyhow, have a nice weekend , girls. I think going to work will actually help me get away from this funk, because it's dragging me down bigtime.

I done my workout late today, almost talked mysef out:p Glad I didn't! I did Insanity " Max Interval Circuit"! Boy, was that a tough workout for 58 min! :confused:

(((Chris))) I know, how you feel. Been there! They can crush you big times. He doesn't hate you, he just doesn't know how to handle something (whatever he is going through!) Girls are much easier than boy's! Does he talk to your husband? Maybe he can get through to him! Awesome job, on TF today.

Debbie - you & your DH crack me up with those cat names! That's so funny! LMAO! I really like your new rotation, looks interresting! Nice weight, btw!

I just finished today's workout, yay!

Here's today's workout:


STS Cardio: Athletic Step= 47 Min
Met Value= 7.0
Calories burned= 488

I haven't done this workout for a while. I remember liking it a lot and having no trouble with picking up the steps. I do remember no liking the skip across the step part or the side crunch pivot thing. I still don't like those my knees and ankles were not feeling good with those moves so I had to modify or just watch Cathe and crew do them and move on to moves I can do. I definitely need more practice with that one. I've noticed that pivot moves and fast feet move changes don't work for me, I usually wind up falling or spraining an ankle. Maybe its just me and my MS Klutzy self.;) It was still a fun workout I just wish some of the moves didn't hinder me.

STS Cardio: MMA: Kickbox= 53 Min
Met Value= 7.50
Calories burned= 590

This one was so much fun. The only thing that tripped me up was turning direction knees and kick combo part. Other than that one small section I nailed it. Fun stuff~:)

Total calories burned= 1,078 :) Cool

Holy crap on your workouts & cal burn today. I still don't have the steps down for AS or SM:confused::( I tried one time and gave up, maybe it's my age:p:eek::eek:
