I didn't stretch last night - honestly because I forgot and dh and I got involved in watching "24". I paid for it this morning. My right side (obliques, IT band and hip area) was so tight that it hurt to do cardio. I hate this, it's really getting old to feel like I'm 100 and not 43.
I did Amy Bento's Kickbox Surge but only did the first 3 kickbox combos and surges. I couldn't give my all and just felt like I was going through the movements. I quit after 40 minutes and wanted to do Yoga Stretch but couldn't get the effing DVD to work. My DVD players suck, I have two and it's a crap shoot to see which one will work. I asked dh for a decent one for my birthday. He told me to just go get one next time I'm out. I'll see, I hate spending money on stuff like that. So I couldn't do the stretch and by the time I got done messing around with the DVD players I only had 10 minutes to stretch. So I just stretched out on my own. I'll do the same tonight for sure.

Not too bad considering how I felt. I love this workout, it's really fun
I'm seriously contemplating taking an entire month off after this rotation. I'll have to see how I feel by the time I get done with it. I can't keep feeling this way, I'm so uncomfortable with my tight and sore muscles. They have been overtrained for too long.
