CRAZY STRONG & LOVING IT FOR JAN 10, 2011

Good morning,

Today I will start another round of STS:) If I start today, I will be done April 15, which is perfect! We leave Germany on May 1! I talked to my husband about our furniture pick up (houshold goods), we decited to have them pick everything up around April 15 or even later! I still can do a heavy weight workout until them, I am very happy about that! Once everthing is gone, I only can do circuits workouts with light weights, Insanity and running! I will figure a plan out after STS!

I feel bad for cutting my rotation 2 weeks short, I really love this rotation! I will do this rotation again once we in the US!

I will start with M1 D1 + abs today!

I am done with D1! I feel like my shoulders are gonna fall off, did shoulders yesterday!

Push Ups - Standard - 8 reps – did all of them on my toes!!
Push Up Wide - 8 reps – did all of them on my toes!
Alternating Seated Overhead Shoulder Press - 16's/15 reps, up 1 lb
Barbell Curl - 40#/21's
Incline Chest Flyes - 20's/15 reps – up 4 lb
Seated Rear Delts - 15's/15 reps – up 2 lb
Bonus Band Pulls - Green band/15 reps
Alternating Incline Curl w/Twist on SB - 15's/15 reps – up 2 lb
Decline Pushups - 20 reps , on my knees!
Incline Front Raise on Stability Ball - 13's/15 reps each arm – up 1 lb
Standing Quarter Stop Curls Both Arms - 18's/12 sets – up 5 lb
Prone Pushups on Stability Ball -
Seated Lateral Raise Both Arms High Ends - 10's/15 reps
Seated Concentration Curls 1.5's - 18#/15 reps – up 3lb
Straddle Pushups - 10 reps, was suppose to be 20
Side Leaning Lateral Raise - 10#/15 reps
Seated Curls Alternating + Both Arms - 15's/16 reps
Chest Flyes - 20's/15 reps – up 4 lb
Seated Overhead Press - 18's/15 reps – up 3lb
One-Arm Preacher Curl on Stability Ball 1.5 - 18#/12 reps – up 2 lb
Core Pushups - Boot Camp Ttyle, on toes!
Seated Front Press Double Arms 1.5\'s - 40#/12 reps – up 5 lb
Reverse Dumbbell Curl - 15's/8 reps
Staggered Pushups – love those! Did them on my knees.
Incline Rear Raise on Stability Ball - 10#/15 reps
Barbell Curl Wide Grip - 40#/21's, up 5lb

I also did the extended stretch from STS! Ran out of time with my abs, will do them later this afternoon!

I had plans to get up and do cardio this morning. My goal for this week is 3 cardio sessions - possibly 4.

It is my recovery week, so I'm glad about that. Because this is what happened:

For the past few nights we've had a little visitor come to our back door for food. It's the cutest little kittie. I didn't want to start feeding it because I knew it would never leave. DH and I are such bleeding hearts, though, that we started feeding it. Poor thing is so small and just looks so cold outside. Last night I went out to feed it and it came right to me purring and rubbing itself on me. That's all she wrote.

We brought it in the house and put it in one of our spare rooms. We placed a screen door on the door to keep it in and to have our cats get use to it without fighting. It's been eating like crazy, the poor thing is starved.

Last night I woke up around 4:30 and smelled cat piss. :eek: We've had our two cats for over a year now and our house does not smell like that. Of course, they are both neutered. So smelling that actually made me feel nauseous so I decided not to workout this morning. I'll do my cardio tomorrow, Wednesday and Friday.

So I called and left a message at a vet out here that's suppose to be cheap ($40 for neutering/spading) and I'm hoping they call us back soon. DH will take the cat to this place and hopefully they can do its shots and neuter it in one fell swoop. Not sure though. I can't take this smell and I hope leaving it in here today that it won't spray anymore. The weird thing is when we finally woke up the smell was almost gone and the room that it's in doesn't smell. Maybe it sprayed when it peed? It used the litter box I put in the room. Not sure.

This sucks, I'm not even sure we should have 3 cats. If we do keep it I hope my cats will be ok with it. They seem ok so far.

People who dump kitties are just mean people! :(

Debbie - aww..about the kitten! Sounds like something I would have done:eek: I am crazy, we got 4 dogs:confused: Enjoy your cardio this week!

I still have a blast doing BM2 and it was one of the first I ever got from Cathe and wow, its a killer workout and still is.

Hi Girls!

I started my new rotation today by doing GS: Chest & Triceps Superset Premix and then did Turbo JAMs Cardio Party Remix. I was shocked at how Turbo Jam seemed SO easy. The FIYAH has really spoiled me. But the workout did pick up pretty decently with the fire drills (or turbos) and the finale.

Belinda: YAY for STS!! I really love it and miss it already! Sounds like perfect scheduling/planning.

Debbie: Oh, I'm such a sucker for pets too. We have 2 cats and a dog! I see cute abandoned cats and puppies and want even more. That is odd about the spraying and odor. ... I think that would make me ill too!! I have issues with smells..

I'm upset my son, the oldest, hates me as a rule and told me I'm stupid and to shut the F#$%# up. :mad: I am beyond furious with my 16yrld. Plus my Oregon Ducks lost their BCS Bowl Game:( Not having a good night at all.


Belinda- Wow, getting ready for moving day eh. Good for you on all your excellent hard work with STS, bravo girl. I like your plan for working out after having packed away alot of stuff grows near. Keep up the great job, your awesome!

Debbie- You softy you;) I love cats too, but I only have 1 high energy puppy right now. I don't think he;'d be gentle with a kitten. I hope the vet calls you back and can fit your new kitty in for getting neutered. Until then baking soda is a good deodorizer and sitting a bowl of white vinegar can help to get rid of the odor.
