I hope everyone is having a great day and kickbutt workouts for today!
I did workout today on my new spin bike.
Here's today's workout=
I did a preprogrammed workout for weight loss= 38 min
Met Value= 9.50
calories burned= 493
Avg. HR range= 112-144
Distance= 9.08 Miles
Oh and I ordered both Paul Katami's kettlebell workouts and his 4X4 Bootcamp. They looked too good to wait on so I caved. I don't know if I'll follow a rotation starting next week or not. I'm sort of having fun with kettlebells and my bike and missing GS and TF. Not sure if kettlebells are more of a strength workout or a cardio, not sure what category they fall in. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

Heather- OMG, on your car being stolen!!! That is horrible, I hope the police can be of help. Its too damn cold there to be stealing cars and rather brazen to do it from someone's drive way. I hope there is good news soon on your car, extra (Hugs)). The workout you got in last night sounds seriously awesome, you are doing some amazing workouts in training for this half marathon, you go girl!!!
Debbie- Nice stretch workout for you today, sounds like it was just what the doctor ordered for tight muscles. Yes, I know what you mean when my former cat always liked to be right smack dab in the middle of whatever I was doing. Later, my former other germanshepherd, Vader, he'd always like to come in my workout room and keep me company when I was workingout. I'd have to shoo him away when I did step because I don't have a lot of floor space in my workout room and didn't want to step on him. He loved to come and lay beside me when I did abs though. I called Vader my workout buddy.
Chris- Sorry to hear that your son was sick, but I hope he starts feeling better soon. Its always a good sign when they can start back on foods and liquids and keep it down. Especially, its concerning when there is a need to keep blood sugars in check. It seems like he's on the road to recovery now
I see you got to try out some of the premixes on Cathe's new dvd's. I have to say I have only done the Low HiiT and bootcamp premix and really liked it. I haven't checked out the other premixes yet on that or the other dvds. I hope you can get some rest and relax a bit now that you know your son is doing much better. I know as a mom its a worry when one of my kids are sick. Hang in there and keep up the great job on your workouts, have fun playing with the premixes.
Roxie- No worries everyone sort falls into an exercise funk every now and then. It could be its your bodies way of saying I need a rest week. Definitely something to think about. Good luck on today's workout and have fun.

Jessica- Sorry your feeling a bit over tired. Get some rest maybe sleep in tomorrow if you can. Nice job on the Core Fusion. I did see on amazon there was one that was like three of them in one dvd for about $20.00, not bad at all very good workouts from what I've seen of clips definitely DOMS worthy. Take it easy and get some rest.
