Today I will start M2 W3 D 19 (CST):D I also have to work my abs today!

Today starts my 7th week of this rotation. Only two to go.

Today was straight sets and I had a pretty good workout. Woke up to about an inch of water in our bathroom. This weather is so unbelievable. I also just got a call from my boss saying our office was flooded and he doesn't want met to come in other then to go in and do the deposit. So it must be bad. Great.

Anyways...

3 sets/18 reps with 2 minutes rest between each set. I hate 18 reps!

Flat Barbell Bench Press - 65#
T-Bar Rows - 50#
Squats - 75#
Lateral Raise - 8's
Barbell Curl - 35#/1 set; 40#/2 sets
Weights Bench Dips - 35#
 
Good Morning,

I should have got up this morning to get my workout in DD is coming over after work to do her workout and then watch the basketball game so I don't know if I will get mine in but I am going to try. I am going to finish the month doing Ellen Barrett and then start Debbies rotation next month.

Debbie-at least you get a day off.

Calories burned= 109

Total calories burned= 854;)

Belinda- WTG on today's workout with M2 D19 & abs/stretch from Amy Bento. :eek::cool:How's Amy's Abs and Stretch workout? I've been wondering about that one. Oh and I dig get my 10% off at totalfitnessdvds.com. At checkout there is a box on the left that asks for discount code or something like that you just type in 10off , exactly like that. Also Mary usually sends a little coupon with your dvd orders.;) Today my Supreme 90 day arrived. I previewed it, and I had to make a little card to tell me how long each dvd was so I'd know. None of the literature or even on the box mentioned that. Just remember if you ordered Supreme 90 Day to remember all cathe's good form like you know and do that and not do super fast heavy weighted reps. I thought that was a no no. But we are Cathletes and know what good form is and how to lift safely and correctly.
Great job once again on your kickbutt workout. Let me know about Amy's Abs and Stretch dvd. Hugs!;)

Debbie- Nice on your workout rotation and with seven weeks done and two left to go, awesome keep up the great job!;) Ugh, sorry about the weather. Its raining like crazy the last few days here we have some standing water around our house I just plugged in the sump pump that is under the house so that should help things out, big time. Take care and be safe. How's your mom? I remeber she had surgery a while ago, I hope all is well with her.;)

Roxie- have fun with Ellen Barretts workouts, I like her. Which one of Debbie's rotations did you mean? No doubt its awesome. I hope the weather is better where you are. Take care and sleep well.;)
