Hi girls!
I just finished the last workout of the year and it was tough even puke status worthy. So, I'll just check in now.
Here's today's workout:
Daily HiiT- Total Body Makeover 5 day challenge - Day 2= 50 Min
MV= 11.0
CB= 751
This was definitely puke worthy check it out: 40 BB squats #35, 30 Straight Abs knees on stability ball, 20 press ups on BB type push ups, 3 min rope skips, 40 split lunges with med ball, 60 moutain climbers on BB, 20 press ups + switches-(staggered push ups), 3 Min rope skips, 40 burpee + Tuck jumps, 30 toe touches, and 20 monkey pushups + Dive bombers (ok on this I could only do 10). Tough workout but definitely challenges you and fun too in an insane kind of way.
Susan Chung- Rapid Fire 4- Sweat-Customized workout- Warm up, Kickboxing Rnd 1 & Boxing Rnd 1+ stretch= 26 Min
MV= 7.50
CB= 266
I wore one pound weighted gloves on each hand.
Total calories burned= 1,017

WOW!! I knew that it would be tough and had no idea it would so high on calorie burn, I'm in shock
Debbie- Oh no, that just really stinks that you are having troubles with your knees and making it tough workout wise. I'm sorry that you are having this happen. I'd definitely look into it with a doctor as to why this is happening. Please take it easy and go light on things until you get more info from a doctor. I do agree I need to take some time off from working out, but I just need to workout today through Friday and then I'll take a week off to rest. The sweat I get from working out seems to help my sinuses, go figure. Take care of your knees and please do consider seeing a doctor.
Belinda- Thanks for your concern. I just need to push through with workouts and finish Friday then I'll take a week off. I see your planning on doing P90X3 yoga today and maybe STS D8. Wow, that sounds like a great workout, have fun. So, how are you liking P90X3 so far?
Roxie- Good for you doing Turbo Jam 20 minute workout. I feel your pain on the sinus stuff going on, so not fun. Please rest up and take care girlfriend!
Chris- I hope you are doing well and still getting in those butt kicking workouts. No doubt feeling fab with Whole30 diet too, bravo girlfriend. Please take care and be well.
