Debbie- I hope you have a restful and wonderful weekend. Its a smart call to rest up then you should be back in action Tuesday and feeling great. I'm sure your knees will thank you for it. Take care and be well girlfriend.;):)

Roxie- Good job with KCM's KBXing nothing wrong with substituting one workout for another as long as you still workout, its all good. WTG girlfriend now go and have a fab Friday and I hope you and your DH are feeling better and on the mend. Take care;):)

Belinda- I hope you are resting and taking it easy and that the ear infection is getting better. Be well my friend and rest.;):)

Chris- I hope you have a energizing fun workout today and carry some of that with you on with your day. Have a great day and be well.

Hugs and Blessings, to all. Also I'd like to ask for healing prayers and well wishes for myself, Belinda, Debbie and Roxie. I know we all have different health issues or concerns some temporary and minor even though they don't feel minor. Others like myself have other health concerns such as a re-exam in february for HPV. I'm scared I'll admit it and I so would appreciated healing prayers or well wishes to help my body to clear this on its own so I can get normal results in February and finally exhale.

I am happy I planned KCM's 30 Minutes to Fitness this month! I did Trim Down #1.
Prayers and good thoughts for you girls that need to get better and especially for you, Nora. I know you are very worried. ((hugs))
 
Good evening,

Sorry for not checking in yesterday. Ended up going back to the ENT today. I am having sharp pain in my ear since they put in the wick/tubing Wednesday. I was in tears all day yesterday, the meds the doc gave me didn't work at all. I felt like somebody is stabbing me in my ear with an ice pick all day long. I am running a fever every day. The wick made my ear worst, the ENT doc had to take it out. I didn't released he put a tube in my ear on Wednesday too.DH told me what he pulled out off my ear today. I feel a little better since the tube/wick is out, but still have a sharp pain/swelling. He gave me very strong pain meds, haven't slept through the night since my vacation:mad: I hope I get a good night sleep tonight. Putting my head on the pillow hurts, laying on my right side hurts.

Nora - (((HUGS))) I will keep you in my prayers. I know you very worried.

Chris - thanks for the good thoughts and prayers!!

Hi Debbie and Roxie - hope you girls are doing well.

Just finished a quick workout and will now check in. I haven't been doing Saturday workouts for a while now, but the Kettlebell Kickboxing Scorcher series has you do it four times a week for advanced on her rotation schedule so I'm getting the fourth one in on Saturdays.

Here's today's workout:

Z Ropes- Beginner Workout with warm up + Workout Only= 13 Min

Kettlebell Kickboxing- The Scorcher Series- Power = 39 Min

I got an email that daily hiit is starting a 30 day challenge on January 15th and its free just sign up and they'll send you an email link for the video's. I did LL&A Timesaver #2 and FT TS #3 this morning and man do I feel it now. Today we celebrated the devil child nephews 5th birthday then went to youngest dd's to decorate her tree and take stuff to storage then went to see GS.

Thanks girls, I am doing a little better. Still have some swelling/pain in my ear. The meds made me very sick on Saturday, had to stop taking it. Wednesday I have an appointment at the ENT clinic.

So Saturday we got an message from my friend in El Paso, that her son passed on Dec 11 We are in shock. He was hospitalized with a high fever? So sad!

Roxie - thanks you, girl! You are getting some good workouts in. Good for you!

Nora - thanks my friend! I will check out that challenge. I also like free! Did you order P90X3?

Debbie - how are your knees doing? If it's not one thing it's another, hah? I feel your pain (((HUGS))) Looks like you and I don't get a break. Next year will be a better one.

Chris - how do you like KCM new workouts? You plan on doing an entire rotation with her workouts this month? Have fun!

Thanks Nora! He was young, maybe 26/27:( I can't stop thinking about him and his family. So sad! Some of the moves in P90X3 look awkward:eek: Not that I need another program…..but I also will wait for more reviews. I still haven't done the original P90X rotation:confused: I need to use what I have, instead buying more programs. Fantastic job on your workouts today. Glad you having fun!

I just finished D1 again:) Let's see how far I am getting with STS this week:p

Hi everyone! So I'm back at it. My knees feel great and I did one of my Cardio Coach mixes this morning. I had a great workout. I didn't wear my HR monitor because I'm finding that is making me not want to run and I want to keep running. I get so discouraged in seeing those low numbers that it makes me not want to workout. So today I just didn't wear it and I think I had one of the best workouts ever. So no numbers to show you, but I'm not sure I care. My goal was 2 miles and I ran 2.6 miles. Workout was a total of 42 minutes.

Nora - I used your corn bags on my knees this weekend. The heat felt great on them. Those things are just a miracle! Thank you again for making them for me!

I got up this morning and did X10 Low Impact. My knees are killing me tonite after spending two days finishing up the last of the stuff to be moved and when I got home I fixed supper and worked on the puzzle we are doing until my legs said enough.

Debbie-good job with the run.

Belinda-I bought stuff for all 3 of my 5 year old nephews and a Mickey Mouse for my GS.
 
Hi everyone! Today I did upper body and just did stuff on my own. I'm getting tired of Cathe right now. I had a great workout. Did two exercises per body part and then did abs in between. I think I'll be sore tomorrow!

Roxie - aww…it's so easy to buy gifts for little ones. I still need to find something for my DH and DS. I am done with my future daughter in law. She pretty much picked everything I bought for her, except she doesn't know it:eek: I went back to all the stores with DH on Saturday.

I just finished today's workout and man Daily HiiT got me good today, and it was awesome, loved it and it was free.:eek: You guys gotta check it out at dailyhiit.com. Feel free to view the different types of workouts and the workouts themselves. You can always modify anything you see and they do offer options and suggestions. If you decided to sign up there is no free and you just select what one your interested in and they send you a link for the workout in your email, then you can click on it and view it and get a feel for the workout and see what equipment you will need. Anyway, I will check in for today.

I did this one twice through and it totally kicked my butt, loved it. One time through the entire clip is a little over 16 minutes. Lisa, the instructor says she wants to see three rounds. I laughed because I did two times through the clip all the way and I still had another workout to do after. So, no way I'd have anything left for that and another 45 minutes of a workout. I ellected to do twice through the clip or two rounds. It was awesome though and I love the variety and freedom. Plus there is a daily hiit blog where people in the community talk about equipment options or how to modify moves for not having the equipment in the video clip. Roxie- Great job on today's workout with Rockout Knockout TS #3. I know what you mean about it just feeling off, I feel that way when I do it to. It just doesn't click in the way I thought it would for me. I love boxing and kickboxing workouts but this just seems off I agree with you. I don't mean it isn't a great workout its just the rhythm and flow is not like what you'd expect from that sort of work at least for me. Nicely done nonetheless WTG!!!

Debbie- I understand about feeling a little board with your workouts. I invite you to check out the links I porovided for dailyhiit its definitely worth a look and yes there is more than just cardio. They do have strength and toning stuff too. The workouts are short but intense sweat producing butt kicking workouts so they are time friendly. Howdy girls!

My week so far:

Monday was Flex Train, premix minus core + I did TF: Stretch 10 (12!).
Tuesday was a new one I got this week: KCM's Stepboxing, premix with extra blasts
And today I just got done with Cathe's Circuit Blast + Extra Stretching.

You got it right, Nora: Holiday frenzy!! I'm actually not doing too bad. I worked the weekend, and now am off until Christmas night. So I have some time under my belt.

Great workouts this week, girls!

Nora: I wish I could do online workouts. I guess I could bring my laptop down in my workout room. I'm just not motivated to do so. LOL!. I do know there are SO many freebies though. And the HiiT series you found sounds great!

Debbie: you always enjoyed doing your own thing with weights. It's good to get it back, I bet.

Roxie: Good job on keeping up with the rotation!

Belinda: I'm glad things are going well so you can do STS again!

I did get my workout in before my appointment. I did STS D3 this morning. Still need to work my abs today, haven't worked them once this week:rolleyes:

ENT appointment went well this morning. My right ear is still infected so is my sinus. I will see a specialist for sinus in January.

Nora - nice cal burn on the Daily HiiT- 7Day Challenge Day#4 workout today. Now, I have to check those workouts out:p Like your burn!

Chris - glad you getting some time off work and still getting your workouts in. Great job!
