I don't really like the boxing ones and the jumping isn't for me but hopefully there is a premix that allows me to skip that if not I will just modify. I like the wt stuff more then the rest of it because I didn't order STS which I wish now I would have.

Roxie, I didn't like the boxing one either:confused: I do have STS. Today I did STS UB, was thinking it's the same exercises from STS. The only difference she did 16 than12 reps for each exercise:eek: I could have looked it up in the WM:eek:
 
Today I did Bryan Kest's Energize yoga workout. What a great workout I had. I could do all the poses with no problem. I could hold them and I felt very strong. I could even do the hover planks with no problem. :)

There is 3" of snow on the ground here and a layer of ice underneath it took me 3 attempts to get out of my driveway. Apparently my mind and body has decided it just doesn't want to workout this week or get the christmas baking done so I need to overrule both of them.

Debbie-good job with your workout sounds like your a definetly getting more flexible.

Tonite I did CLX Lean Circuit 2 finally a wt workout. I got my sausage ready to cook tomarrow night it needs to refrigerate for 24 hours.

Today was cardio and I had one of the best workouts ever. This week was full of excellent workouts so I'm very pleased. I did a Cardio Coach mix I made up and haven't done in a while. Not sure what I was thinking when I made this mix up, it was brutal. It included the 2 - 8 minutes treks from CC #8, the 10 hill/sprint alternating intervails from CC #7 or PP and a 5 - 1 minute sprint w/ 1 minute rest challenge from CC #6 w/Sean. I did well with each challenge and felt really good during the whole workout.

CARDIO STATS:
65 minutes total
3 minutes below zone
22 minutes in zone
45 minutes above zone
601 calories burned
3.5 miles traveled


Very happy with these stats! I don't think I've ever burned 600 calories in a workout before and if I did it was eons ago. :eek:

Excellent workouts this week for everyone!!!

Today I did Les Mills Combat Power Kata!!!! Started it with a headache, so it wasn't my best, but it was an excellent workout!!! I do like Combat alot so far!

I also did my 55 KB Swings and 4 minutes of Planks.

Off to work tonight, off Sat, on Sunday. And then off for Christmas!!!

Tonite for me will be some kind of cardio then I need to bake the sausage I made last night. I am off for the next 4 days and I am really looking forward to it. Boss lady has been begging me all week not to quit my final day is Dec. 28th.

I finished my workout this morning and discovered my computer was infected with at least three different trojans and my anti virus files were infected so I had to uninstall. I lost internet during all this so I tried to re install the same anti virus and had my SuperAntispyware go nuts again so I uninstalled and removed all traces of the anti virus from my computer then installed Avira antivirus updated and scanned rebooted. Now that's cool I'm running SuperAntiSpyware again to see if between Avira and this it has been removed, we shall see. So I was unable to check in much earlier this morning when I had finished my workout.. I will do so now.

Chris- You're loving Les Mills Combat eh? Me Too!!!:D I did order the ultimate separate warrior workouts also, they are on the way to me now. Yes, I've done the Power Kata 45 Minute workout. It was awesome and the time flew by, was it that way for you as well? Did you get the combat gloves? I didn't but have been using 1lb weighted gloves on each hand. I am wondering about the combat gloves and would like to try them I think but not sure about the price and fit of them. Nice job also with KB swings, those are killer too and OMG plank work is also killer. You go girlfriend you are killin' those workouts girlfriend. High fives!!!!:)

Roxie- Enjoy your cardio tonight. Isn't it nice to have your boss lady beg for you to stay and show you appreciation for all that you do there. Hang in there girlfriend. Have an awesome workout and great evening.

Sorry for not checking in since Friday. Had so much to do and so little time. I never did Cycle Max. Did the premix yesterday.

Nora - glad you could discovered that virus on your computer.Last week my son cleanded up my computer. Good job on your workouts.

Good morning everyone! Happy Christmas Eve!

I've decided to take this week off from workouts. I figure once the New Year begins I'm going to really concentrate on losing these 10 pounds I need to shed and I won't stop until I do. So I'll rest this week, try to eat fairly healthy and then hit it with all I have next week. I probably won't be around much this week so I want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas! I hope you each have very special moments with your families!

Still praying for those touched so tragically at Sandy Nook. May God be with all of them this season.

Last night I decited to do AB the 30 min premix, what a mistake! My foot is killing me since last night. I been resting my foot since 2 weeks, I am not getting any better, WTH? I guess, I have to stick with the bike for now.

I will do D31 and abs.

Yesterday I did CLX Lean Circuit 1 and the TM and today I did the TM and Total Body Stretching, I think I am going to stretch again later. DH bought me a beautiful necklace from Kays for christmas.

Belinda-take it easy on that foot you don't want to do any permanent damage.
