Sorry I've been MIA again!
I kept up with the December rotation last week. Yesterday was a 20 minute walk or run. I took Buddy to the park and we walked for about 30 minutes, give or take. Came home and did my 55 Kettlebell Swings/Squats.
Today I really needed my stretch/yoga day. I did my 60 KB Swings and then did Stretch Max #1. Felt tremendous!!!
Nora: Hope you got some good rest this past week! And continue to do so. Do you feel any better?
Roxie: Good job on keeping up with your workouts. Low impact is good to do , no regrets! Hope the packing is going well. hows the job going for DH? Have you seen any good prospects for a house yet?
Debbie: Sorry to hear about the itching still! Maybe you've developed an allergy to something you weren't allergic to before? Hope you can figure out what it is. ... Good job on CC and Yoga Meltdown!!!
Belinda: Hope your foot is better today! I think walking and/or running is pretty hard on your feet and probably aggravated the PF. I'm not sure if that's what I have anymore. It doesn't hurt when I get out of bed like it did . It just generally sore, moreso when I'm on it for al onger amount of time. I dunno..
next week is 4DS for me! Looking forward to it!
