Belinda-since we decided to hold off the move until January I haven't done any but I am going to clean out closets this weekend. Good job with the abs.

No workouts to report in with today. I haven't been getting enough sleep so I'm trying to rest as best I can amidst the usual hectic days I have. Great job on all workout efforts for today, well done girls!!!

Woke up with bad pain in my heel:mad:. My appointment is next week, can't wait. I did a lots of walking yesterday, not sure if I get a walk in today?

Today I did Jillian Michaels Yoga Melt workout 1. Awesome workout. I'm sore from yesterday's workout so this was a little tough, but I did better with it this time then I did the first time I did it. Love it! I can't wait to do workout 2. I'm going to see if she has any other yoga workouts out there. I love how she adds reps with the yoga moves, it really burns. I felt it everywhere.

Tonite I did KCM KBXing and Fitness Blender Standing Crunchless Abs. I wasn't in the mood for something high impact.
 
Todday I did Cardio Coach #2. Short and sweet and good for today because I didn't even feel like getting up. Had a pretty decent workout.

CARDIO STATS:
35 minutes total
7 minutes below zone
19 minutes in zone
13 minutes above zone
303 calories burned
1.75 miles traveled


So the itching continues. I'm at my ropes end here. My skin is all bumpy and red. It's a tad better but not totally gone. So now I'm thinking the Neem didn't cause it. But what else could it have been? I haven't changed anything else in my diet, lotions, or supplements that I've been taking. I don't get it. I know I'm totally sick of it, though. I can't stand scratching myself all day.

I emailed Dr. Rachel and I hope she can see me tomorrow. My mom and I are suppose to go shopping but if she has an early morning opening, I'm hoping she can get me in. I can't take much more of this. :(

I really wanted to get my workout in this morning because I know I can't do it tonite but I am not sleeping very well again and I know its stress related.

Debbie-could be dry skin I would still take some Benadryl and use the same cream to help calm it down.

Sorry, I forgot to check in yesterday but needless to say there was no workout to report in with. Today, I couldn't stand it anymore and had to workout just to relieve some stress, so I did workout today and feel a little better.

Here's today's workout:

Les Mills Pump- Combat= 47 Min
Met Value= 7.50
Calories burned= 481

Les Mills- Core= 13 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 89

Total calories burned= 570

Sorry I've been MIA again! :eek:

I kept up with the December rotation last week. Yesterday was a 20 minute walk or run. I took Buddy to the park and we walked for about 30 minutes, give or take. Came home and did my 55 Kettlebell Swings/Squats.

Today I really needed my stretch/yoga day. I did my 60 KB Swings and then did Stretch Max #1. Felt tremendous!!!

Nora: Hope you got some good rest this past week! And continue to do so. Do you feel any better?

Roxie: Good job on keeping up with your workouts. Low impact is good to do , no regrets! Hope the packing is going well. hows the job going for DH? Have you seen any good prospects for a house yet?

Debbie: Sorry to hear about the itching still! Maybe you've developed an allergy to something you weren't allergic to before? Hope you can figure out what it is. ... Good job on CC and Yoga Meltdown!!!

Belinda: Hope your foot is better today! I think walking and/or running is pretty hard on your feet and probably aggravated the PF. I'm not sure if that's what I have anymore. It doesn't hurt when I get out of bed like it did . It just generally sore, moreso when I'm on it for al onger amount of time. I dunno..

next week is 4DS for me! Looking forward to it!

Chris, I have a bone spur not PF. Probably got it from one:eek: I will see a doc on Tuesday, can't wait. It's frustrating me.

Morning everyone! :)

I did that yoga workout by Jillian Michaels again. I really like it. I sweat really good when I do this one. I think next week I'll try workout 2.

DH and I got rid of everything new we brought into the house within the last month which includes two plants - one is cat grass and the other is a polka dot plant. We read that cat grass can cause extreme itching so I'm hoping once again that this is the problem. Today doesn't seem as bad. We bought one of those Filtrate filters and put it in our furnace. We have an air cleaner running as well. If this doesn't do the trick then I'm going to have to go see my doctor. I do have an appointment to see the Homeopathic doctor on the 20th so we'll see if I'm still itching by then. Good Lord, I hope not! My skin will be scarred.

I haven't worked out since Thursday so tonite will be CLX Lean Circuit 1 and the TM.

Debbie-rub don't scratch, a doctor once told me that scratching increasing the itch by releasing histamines in your skin.
