Crazy, strong & loving it for December!!

Good Morning,

Yesterday I did CLX Get Lean Circuit and Total Body Stretching Basic Stretch. Then I spent the evening taking care of GS while his parents were at a christmas party came home with a migraine and woke up this morning with it. Today will just be a stretch.

Nora-sounds like interesting workouts but I am not buying anymore workouts.

Hope the headache fairy has left you, Debbie and Roxie! And I hope she doesn't visit here!!!! :eek:

I worked Friday night, off last night, on again tonight. This so messes with my sleep. I get so tired. But you have to do what you have to do.

Friday I did the Bootcamp cardio from 4DS Bootcamp, plus my KB swings/squats.

Yesterday I did the Triceps and Biceps from 4DS Bootcamp (sore today!!) + the 85 KB Squats/Swings. I also got my Les Mills Body Combat workouts!! So I couldn't resist, and did the Combat 30 workout. It was fun! I did get a bit distracted and annoyed by the chatter from the instructors. Maybe it was my mood, but it was annoying. Plus the singing with the music. Not a fan. But the workout itself was great! I feel it in my lats/core today!! Love punching and kickboxing stuff! I agree, Nora! Good stuff. I got the basic kit too. It came with gloves. I'm not sure I'm interested in the extra DVDs. Doesn't seem worth it to me. I think there was only one of the extra DVDs that looked good.

Today was stretch day. I did TF40 Stretch after my 90 KB Swings/Squats. And my plank (i'm doing a plank challenge until Christmas , too!).

Today was yoga and I did Workout 2 from Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown. I liked it. I think come January I am going to concentrate on hour long workouts. These workouts by Jillian are only 30 minutes. Come January, I'll just do both of the workouts to make a full hour. I wish she'd have two hour workouts instead of two half hour workouts, but I guess this way you can make it an hour long if you want.

Loved it. Don't care much for Jillian, but I like the workouts.

Chris - Thanks. I think my headache was because I was dehydrated. We had blood work done at work Friday and we had to fast from midnight on. By the time 8 rolled around, I was a zombie. I should have drank water, though. I can't seem to drink water that early and since I didn't workout I didn't have any at all. That just added to my headache. I'm good now, though.

I still have a headache but I think its either stress related or my eyes really burn. I gave the bosses my final quit day and she was pissed Friday night so the next 2 weeks are going to be pure hell. Tonite is CLX Lean Circuit 1.

Debbie-I know I am not drinking enough water my lips are really chapped.

I love the new Combat workouts from Les Mills. So fun, love it!:D

Debbie- I'm concerned about your being dehydrated. That's no fun if I may I'd recommend drinking some Gatorade it helps to replace electrolytes and stuff that you will need to help you feel better. Take care and don't try to do too much too soon until your feeling like your old self. I think if you can replace the electrolytes and fluids you'll probably feel better as for the head ache same thing and perhaps take an extra strength Tylenol as directed on the bottle. I hope you feel better ASAP! Hugs!;)

Roxie- Sorry about your boss being ticked about your giving notice. Now that she's had a few days to cool off perhaps her mood will be better today. I can relate about stress related headaches. I find a couple of Tylenol's and a nice kickboxing workout feels fantastic to relieve the stress. Take care and Merry Christmas!;)

Hi Girls!

I should have taken a rest day today, had a rough rough weekend at work, with little sleep. But I really wanted to do another Body Combat workout! SO I did Plyo HiiT 2. It was a good one! 30 minutes long, good fun drills with variety. No annoying chatter on this one! ;) I also did 95 KB Swings/Squats, Plank hold and 50 sit-ups.

50 sit-ups are NOT easy!!!

Nora: Glad you're also enjoying BC!!!

Debbie: It is good you solved the headache cause and took care of it! I think you weren't too fond of P90X yoga, but that's a good long one.

Roxie: Sorry for the stress at work. Especially around the holidays...YUCK!!! How's hubby doing?

Belinda: Trudging through STS, I see! :eek: Hope your foot is ok and you're doing all your stretches and ice-ings!
 
Today I had an extremely good workout. Puke status, actually. I did Cardio Coach #6 with Candace and even did the HC hill that I hate so much. It was weird because my HR read high, I was at level 4 for quite a while with this workout, but I didn't feel like I was working at a level 4. Not sure if that's good or bad? But I know I feel great right now.

Nora - I just didn't drink water that night and morning, that's why I was dehydrated. It was my own fault. Believe me, I always drink a lot of water during the day. Thanks for worrying, though!

Chris - I like the P90X yoga, I need to get that one out again. I usually only do an hour of it, though. I don't have time to do the whole 90 minutes workout.

This was really a cool and unique way to do a HiiT and I loved it. It may take me a time or two to get it down perfect but still this was intense and fun. You know you worked out.:cool:

Late reply for me today. It's been a busy day!! Today was a rest day on the rotation, so I just did my 100 Kettlebell swings/squats and then planked for 2 minutes.

Yesterday I was resting my foot and watching tv:eek: Today I will do UB instead of legs. Friday I will do D30.

Today I did a total body weight day and had a good workout. Should have started a bit earlier, though. Ran out of time.

3 sets 12 reps for most of the exercises. Pushups I did 3 sets 10 reps

Leg Press Station - 135#
Lunges - 12's
Deads - 15's

Barbell Press - 55#
Incline Flyes - 15's
Pushups
***Did the Incline Flyes with Fuzz laying on my stomach and chest. I seem to laugh more during my workouts than actually working out!

Incline Curls - 12's
Hammer Curls - 15's

Overhead Tricep Extension - 20#

Does Cathe have a Tabata workout? Did I see that somewhere on here?

Tonite for is CLX Lean Circuit 2 and then some holiday baking. We are expecting a snowstorm tonite 3-5 inches its been a long time since we have had moisture so I say bring it on.

Debbie-one of the new XTrain workouts has Tabata on it.

This morning was thinking about cancelling my Xtrain preorder.The clips just don't appeal to me. I was watching the clips at least 10 times on Collage videos and these look very similar to her other workouts. Lots of jumping:confused: DH thinks I should keep them:eek: I am so torn.
