I finished my workout around 7pm tonight so this is a late check-in for me today.
Here's today's workout:
Intensity= 57 Min
Calories burned= 592
Met Value= 7.0
I got too warm during this and felt dizzy, light headed and my legs felt rubbery like they may not keep me upright. I even reached puke status so decided I'd take a breather half way through and rest a bit. I think this was MS fatigue and heat sensitivity issues since I so extremely tired and fatigued. I guess taking care of some recuperating from surgery is more tiring than I thought.

Total calories burned= 735
I didn't feel this was my best effort at intensity today but I guess this was one of those MS fatigue days so I had issues to deal with.
Belinda- Have a wonderful visit with your kids and don't worry about checking in with us. Just enjoy your time with your kids and DH. I bet it feels like Christmas now with your kids there, eh? Merry Christmas and God Bless.
Roxie- I feel your pain. I hate the way I look and I've always hated the way I look. It hurts me to know that I don't look good and I do try so hard with working out. I remember once my then six yearold now fifteen yearold son asked me why I wasn't pretty and thin like all the other mommies. This still kills me to this day. I just want to be invisible because I hate myself. I've seen your picture Roxie and you look great, so don't worry. I know most people have times when they don't feel they look their best. You are doing so great with your workouts, just keep up the good work its paying off for you big time. Hugs and take care.
Debbie- Once again you wow me with the weight work. You are just an amazon, which I happen to think is pretty darn awesome and kick butt. ^^^5's.
Heather- Nice workout today. Don't worry, you are getting stronger with STS. STS Total Body is a total body workout which is completely different than the rest of STS. Total body work correct me if I'm wrong here Debbie but usually that's not about working at your 1 Rep Max with the heaviest weight you can with good form. I did take note to print my workout card for STS Total body and Cathe says on the dvd to go 65 to 80% I think of your 1 Rep Max. I did have to go up in weights but on some of the exercises but that was up from the 65% of my 1 Rep Max. So, don't worry. I definitely felt STS Total Body somewhat while doing it and especially on the next day with some DOMS. You are doing awesome girl and killin' the weight work in my best recollection and estimation. Keep up the great work.

Jessica- Awesome workout you have planned for tonight. I have no doubt you'll be rockin' that one and kickin' butt. I bet Mondays are especially tough because you know that your days are numbered literally at your current job which is happy dance time. Just cross a day off the calendar each day and celebrate that your are one day closer to a better situation and a nice break between jobs.
Chris- Yay on Week #2 of MESO 3. Did Disc 27 which is Chest and Back and your impressive strength gains and going up in weights, ^^^5's and Bravo WTG!!! I hope you get more sleep, you definitely need it. Take care my friend.
