I couldn't do Insanity yesterday, my legs were like rubber:confused: CCPP + my leg wo got me good! So today, I will do Insanity " Cardio Recovery"!

Looking forward to Christmas. This is my last workout until Monday.

Today was Superset Shoulders and I had a great workout. Workout went by fast and I'm glad. Me and DH have some last minute shopping to do.

WARMUP:
1 minute rest between each set
Dumbbell Military Press - 15's/12 reps - 2 sets

SHOULDERS/TRAPS:
1 min. 30 second rest between each superset

SS #1
Barbell Overhead Press - 55#/8 reps - 3 sets
ss w/
Lateral Raise - 12's/15 reps - 3 sets

SS #2
Upright Rows - 50#/10 reps - 3 sets
ss w/
Bent Over Lateral Raise - 15's/12 reps - 3 sets

SS #3
Hammer Hold Front Raise - 12's/12 reps - 3 sets
ss w/
Dumbbell Shrugs - 40#/20 reps - 3 sets
***By this time my shoulders were fried.

Yesterday I did shoulders/triceps and also ran 3.5 miles. Today I did legs and MMA boxing.

Turbo Fire Abs 10 Class=10 Min
Calories burned= 68
Met Value= 5.0

Total calories burned= 846:cool:;) Not too shabby for Christmas Eve, eh?

Merry Christmas,

We had our Christmas yesterday:confused: Glad it's over, now it's time to relax! I did got my workout in before dinner. Still have to get my shoulder plus 2 Insanity workouts in this week. My plan is to do shoulders & one Insanity today and finish the other Insanity tomorrow.
