Good morning,

I will do Disc 4 this afternoon, I am still soo sore from this weekend. I also need to get a good stretch in today.

Today was Week 6, Day 1 of C25K. Todays adventure was 2 - 1/2 mile jogs and 1 - 3/4 mile job with 1/4 mile in between. Did well but felt I did better on Saturday with the 2 miler. Not sure why. My stupid HR monitor lost my HR about 10 minutes into the workout so I just took it off and said heck with it. Not worth the frustration.

Worked was 47 minutes total. I'm sure I burned around 380 calories, that seems to be the average with these workouts.

I can't get the link to work to take you right to the shoes I got. Mine are the in the 2nd row, 3rd shoe over except mine are purple. Dick's had them on sale for $59.99. And then I went to one of the drugs stores out here that carries my favorite Spenco arch inserts. So I was a happy camper. Shoes felt great this morning!

This morning I did STS Med Ball Abs and tonite will be SJP Step only and 4DS Chest and Back. I am doing Debbie's December 08 rotation.

Debbie-I am going to try to get up and get my workouts in so you can tell me if I am doing to much Cardio.

Hi everyone!

We got back from New Hampshire yesterday. It was a wonderful week spent with the family. We rarely get that time together. Very active too. We hiked, biked and ATE like pigs. The food was so good, and we were on a meal plan, so we got to eat ANYTHING on the menu for dinner, and they had a HUMUNGOUS breakfast buffet every morning! I was able to come out at the end with my usual "weekend" weight gain. I'm confident I can get it off by week's end!

Today I started back into week #5 of Peak Fit with Pure Strength 2. It's all weights, faster moving , different versions. Im' sure I'll be DOMSing tomorrow! I added on TF HiiT 15 for my vacation "penence". ;)

Belinda: Yes! How was the RT??!?!?! Did you have fun? Did you have a hard time having fun because of the emotional stuff? I thought of you this weekend!! ... I can't believe you did a workout today! WOW!

Debbie: Awesome job on the running!! You are doing amazing! I love reading about your enthusiasm and how well you're doing!!

Roxie: Nice job on Stab. Ball Abs and have fun with your cardio tonight! It sounds like fuN!

Debbie-Awesome job with C25K you are kickin' butt girlfriend, WTG! I have to say that C25K does sound fun and doable. I might just have to check that out.;)

Roxie- Excellent workout you have planned for today with STS Med Ball Abs and tonite will be SJP Step only and 4DS Chest and Back. You can't go wrong with that workout and its one of Debbie's rotations as well. I remember this one and its awesome, you'll no doubt get some awesome results. Great job!!!:)

Chris- Welcome back! I'm glad you had a fun time in New Hampshire visiting family catching up and just enjoying life, you need that to recharge one's batteries. Today marks the start of week 2 of PeakFit Challenge for me. I like it and will continue to do the full 8 weeks, its a keeper. I did add on some cathe weight work as well. I didn't want to lose muscle tone and definition so that's why I added Cathe back in might do CLX either one as the 8 weeks progresses. The workouts are fun and fast paced. I did find that the bands are more resistant than I expected so no doubt as you use them they'll have a little more give. Nice bands though. Oh man when she has you do the stir the pot thingies with a wieght, those are killer on the abs, love 'em. I love that its a different pace and type of workout than the others that I have so vive la differance. Congrats on week #5 of PeakFit Challenge, that's great and TF HiiT 15 for penance, I won't tell. Great workout there girlfriend keep up the fab job on your workouts!:cool::)
