Crazy, strong & loving it for Aug 11, 2011

Good Morning,

I worked my abs this morning to make up for last night had a headache after DH and I ate supper. Tonite will be the bicep work I didn't do last night and probably a walk with the dog.

No workout today. I have another knot in my shoulder blade area. WTH?

I didn't do anything yesterday but run, if you call it that. How do you get a knot in your upper back from running?

Not sure what I'll do the rest of the week. I may just take a few days off and start something new on Monday. Sounds good to me!!!

Sorry I've been MIA the last couple of days I've been resting. I will try to be better about checking in the next few days. Take care ladies and keep on working out and keeping in the fitness fight. Debbie, sorry to hear your having some soreness good idea to rest and not push it.
