Crazy, strong & loving it for April!

Good Afternoon,

I did KCM Weights 2 Bis, Tris & Chest, 130 squats and 45 mins. on the TM some times I just don't know when to stop once I get going.

I did get a workout in for today and will now check in.

Here's today's workout:

Les Mills Combat- Warrior 2 Lower Body Lean Out= 30 Min
MV= 8.0
CB= 328

Les Mills Combat- Inner Warrior Stretch & Strengthen = 20 Min
MV= 3.0
CB= 82

Total calories burned= 410;) Not bad for a saturday and checking in late even though I did the workout this morning. Oh well, have a fantastic weekend girls!

I did a Coardio Coach mix that I made up which consisted of the 2 - 8 minute treks, the 10 - alternating hills/springs and the last challenge was 5 - 1 minute sprints. It was a tough one, I don't think I've done this mix too often. I had an excellent workout and hope I burned some of the thousands of calories I ate this weekend.

CARDIO STATS:
63 minutes total
3 minutes below zone
19 minutes in zone
42 minutes above zone
547 calories burned
3.5 miles traveled


3 1/2 miles! :eek: I was happy about that.

Roxie - I looked over your workouts and it looks good to me. I think as long as you stay consistent, you should lose some weight and gain some muscle. Why do you think it's not working?

Today is KCMs Bootcamp, TM and 140 squats. The sun has disappeared here again today we are expecting snow and sleet tomarrow. I want it to warm up.

Debbie-nice workout. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't overdoing the cardio or the workouts altogether to early to tell if its working. Thank you for your advice and encouragement I value it highly.

My son 's girlfriend is visiting unto next week. We went to DC yesterday. I did finished my last TJ workout last night. I am very happy with my results. I lost a over 14 pounds since doing TJ. Today I am staring the Turbo Jam /Brazil Buttlift Hybrid rotation.

Given the success your having with TJ and now doing a hybrid of TF and BBL sounds like that can't help but be a winner. It sounds like it should be fun, let us know how it goes. I'm intrigued by the hybrid of the two workouts, I haven't seen a rotation of those two but no doubt they'd be super fun! Have a nice visit with your DS Girlfriend.

Hi girls,

I did Bum Bum this morning. I decided to add JM Body Revolution to the mix. They are only around 30 min. I will see how I feel this week. I also did Phase 1 week1 workout 1.

I did KCM KBX 2 which I normally don't do because its to confusing so I didn't get a good workout out of it and then I did 40 minutes on the TM.

Howdy!

Worked the weekend, did not work out Sat, Sunday. and then Monday I felt pretty wiped out. Work was tough and I got home late Monday morning. So Monday I did my 200 Squats and took a long walk with Buddy in the woods for my "workout".

Today I did Legs & Glutes , 100 Squats, and Burn Sets Chest.

Belinda: BBL/TJ sounds like a good combo!! I LOL @ "Gummy Tuck"! I need to revisit that ab work from BBL. It's tough!

Roxie: Nice job on the workouts and squatting!! I'd have to say weight loss is 99.9% done in the kitchen. So just make sure you're eating healthy along with those great workouts you've been doing!

Nora: As always, you do amazing!!

Debbie: What's on tap this week for you?

And "knock on wood" the headache pill seems to be working well with no headaches AND foggy/weird head feeling is gone too! :)

Chris - oops! I Kent Gummy Tuck:eek: that is one tough workout. Glad the headache pills are working.

No workout yesterday, I had an early morning seminar my boss and I put on so I had to go in early.

Today I did Cardio Coach #6 with Candace. I don't know what it is with running lately, but I'm loving it. I had a great workout. I probably should have lifted some weights, but didn't feel like it. :eek:

I just finished all my workouts. Leonardo's Secret workout almost did me in:cool: lots of plunges and that for 20 min:confused:

I did KCMs Olympic Lift 1 and this is another one I am not a fan of and I think I injured my wrist and then I did 150 squats and 30 minutes on the treadmill.

Debbie-good job witb yout workout and way to listen to your body.
