Crazy, strong & loving it for April 2 - 8, 2012

Today was cardio and I chose Cardio Coach #3. Had a great workout. Still fighting that headache but it's not as bad as it was.

Belinda - What is the Zombie Run? And haven't you ever done CCPP before? I love that workout.

Debbie - I love CCPP! I do CCPP every month ( the last Saturday of the month) with everyone on FB! I don't know if you remember but a few years ago there was a thread for CCPP Saturday on the OF? Now they moved it to FB! I still do it every month:D Not sure, what that Zombo run is, Chris mentioned it, sounds like fun. Nice job, on your workout this morning!

I will do/try Low Impact Callenge today. Wish me luck!

I didn't get my workout in last night because of the rain DH didn't go work on the house so we had and evening to ourselves and its been a long time since that has happened. Tonite will be S&G and Saturday I will make up HR. We find out April 30th if we are having a granddaughter or grandson.

Workout is done:D I almost talked myself out of doing LIS Low Impact Cardio, glad I didn't:p I have to say, that one was a lot of fun! I had no trouble following Cathe step routine. I can't wait to do that one again, sooo much fun!

Roxie - glad you had fun last night;) get your workout in!

Nora - hope you taking it easy;) thinking about you!

Today was Slide N Glide. That cardio sure is different. It challenges me in a totally different way than higher impact stuff. Love the toning parts, new ways to work the muscles with the gliding discs and the firewalker band.

Kind of down today. I miss my brother. It was Red Sox opening day , and he loved the Red Sox and baseball. *sigh*. First opening day without him here.

I have got to stop skipping lunch or making time for lunch is more like it. Tonite I did S&G modified some of the pushups and didn't do the ab work still having problems with dizziness.

Thanks for the hugs and heart. I'm better today. It hit me out of the blue yesterday.

Today I went to the park and did CCPP, all except the last challenge. Wow. Wow. Wow. Tough stuff, very cool though! I did walking lunges for the hill challenge and it was killer, seriously!!

I've been cleaning and boiling eggs all day today! :eek:

Debbie: You must have had the day off today? Hope you have a wonderful Easter weekend!

Belinda: Miss ya today! I'm trying to figure out what LIS Low Impact Cardio is. I just can't remember that one.

Roxie: Nice job on S n G! It was hard, huh? I'm so looking forward to my yoga/rest day tomorrow. What did you do today for cardio?

I did TB Trisets LB last night. I didn't get the yoga in ran out of time.I really liked that one too. That was my first time doing that one. Forgot this series had a TB workout. Today I will do the UB from TB and S&G!

Kirstin - hope you got some rest. Congrats on finishing STS! Have you decited which rotation you wonna do yet? Well, now I know why I couldn't find LB you been talking about in TBT LB, lol! I was looking at STS TB, got a little confused with the dvds, lol! Have fun at HR this weekend.
 
 
Chris - it was the Low Impact Challenge Step from Cathe's last series;) So much fun! Not sure, why people say it's too tricky:eek: I had no probleme, got it on the first try. Glad you feel better. I love CC workouts. Good job yesterday.

Last night little momma and I went for a walk and today I made up HR boy that one is a toughie had to do less sets then she did on some exercises and I forget how much she likes to work abs cut that short too.

I'm better. I ate chocolate today! LOL! ( I gave it up for Lent. Sadly enough, it wasn't as good as I remember it to be. Hmmmm.)

As per Debbie's schedule, I did Yoga Max. It did feel good, but I was jealous of the runners I saw out on my errands today.

Belinda: Oh! Ok. Sorry, I sometimes forget, there are so many "low impact steps". right? Anyways, yes, i vaguely remember that one. It had ONE hard part that I can remember being very frustrated on the first time I did it. You got it ALL right off the bat? WOW!

Roxie: HR is killer!!! Good job today!

Nora: miss ya and hope you're better for the holiday!

Happy Easter , everyone!!! :) I'm off from work tonight, having dinner for my family tomorrow, and then go into work overnight Sunday. One night, that's it!

I did TB Trisets UB and S&G cardio only llast night. Today I need to get some yoga in. Today I need to get some yoga in!
 
Chris - the steps are similar to 4DS High Intensity Step and a little RS! You really have to listen to Cathe's cueing.
 
Roxie - I LOVE HR, that one is so much fun. Good job!
