CRAZY, STRONG & LOVING IT FOR 8/15

Morning all! Still have that knot in my shoulder blade area, but it's not as bad as it was. I was in some pain this weekend. I tried everything to get relief from the pain, massaged it, rolled it, put icy/hot on it. Massaging and rolling seemed to make it worse, not sure why. Icy/Hot felt pretty good on it. I wanted to start lifting today but decided not too. I was still having trouble sleeping because of the knot. I'll see how I feel in the morning tomorrow and decide if I want to start lifting again or not.

Today I decided to do one of my Cardio Coach mixes. Had an excellent workout, loved it! My HR monitor kept losing my HR every time I started running, very frustrating. Seriously, isn't that why these things were made to begin with? To keep track of your HR when you RUN? Or do high intensity workouts? Unreal. Every time I started jogging/running faster then 4.0 mph, the thing would lose my HR.

Anyways, still had a great workout. I've missed Cardio Coach.

Debbie-there wasn't a thread started. I can't remember if I asked this before but you have me working back and bis twice this week was there a reason for that or should I just do cardio on that day which would be the 18th of Dec. or the 19th?

Tonite for me is 4ds back and bus and then some kind of cardio. The weather is nice today but its really windy.

Sorry for not starting us off this morning. Thanks Debbie! Been very tired, no sleep. But I did managed to do Disc 7 again today. I will do abs tomrrow, don't evern feel like stretching right now.

I did get a workout in today, and still feeling muscle tightness and pain but its better.

Here's today's workout:

PeakFit Challenge- Pure Strength 1= 55 Min
Met Value= 7.50

Amy Bento Ross- KB2- Quick Power premix= 38:30
Met Value= 7.0
Calories burned= 363

This was an awesome combination of killer kickboxing and kettlebells its a mega fun sweatfest. If you enjoy Amy's Kick box surge and other kickboxing workouts of hers you'll like this one as well. If you don't own kettlebells there's modify only section on the main menu to select that will show you all the modifications for the kettlebells done with dumbells so that's cool that is included as a menu option. I did this workout for the first time today and I already love it and recommend this one highly.

Total calories burned= 926;)

Debbie- Nice workout with cardio coache mixes, nicely done. Sorry that your still have tightness in your shoulder. I feel your pain, I know that taking one week off didn't make my muscle tightness and pain go away completely either its so frustrating. Hang in there Debbie and feel better soon!;)

Chris- Sorry to hear about your brother as well. I hope that his biopsy yielded some good news. I'll keep him in my prayers and sending you hugs and well wishes, ((Hugs));):)

Belinda- WTG on STS Disc 7 today! I hope you can get some sleep so you aren't so tired. I understand that lately you have had lots of changes and stresses in your life with moving and selling your house and putting an offer on another house. Its no wonder your tired, stress is exhausting and sometimes we forget that part of it. Please take care of yourself and get some rest. I hope that things went well with the house you and your DH put an offer on. ((Hugs));):cool:
