Hi girls!
I just finished my workouts due to other people taking up my time to do so earlier,

as if my time or schedule doesn't rate their slightest consideration. I even tried to accomodate them around my schedule or move my workout schedule plan for today to take care of everyone else then myself. It took four separate attempts at different times to finally put a dvd in the machine and be able to workout and finish what I planned but wanted to finish before 1pm, grrr

Anyways, I refused to let this cancel my workout so I did just get it finished letting my natural stubborness be put to good use. I fell today and bruised both knees since they took the brunt of the fall and bruised a rib I think too

I do hope tomorrow goes better for me since its my birthday, but through the years its come to mean just another day on the calendar. Oh well, I do what I can and most definitely that means a workout tomorrow.
Here's today's workout:
Les Mills Pump- Pump & Shred= 48 Min
Met Value= 6.50
Calories burned= 426
This workout consists of about 150-200 reps. Oh yeah, but your using low weight and not doing it in STS heavy weight fashion. I love STS its da bomb, but I thought it would be fun to do low weight and high reps. Plus the music is da bomb and the instructors are fun, positive, and always use great form. I like Les Mills Pump its just good to mix things up is all, nothing against Cathe's workouts because I own and love them all.
Track 1 Warm up= #15BB
Track 2 Squats = #35BB
Track 3 Chest= #20BB
Track 4 Legs & Back= #30BB
Track 5 Legs& Lunges= #35BB
Track 6 Push Ups & Shoulders= BW & #7 db's
Track 7 Abs= No Weights
Track 8 Cool down/Stretch
Phew! as if that wasn't enough then I did cardio.
All New! Turbo Fire- Low HiiT 20= 20Min

Calories burned= 205
This as all Turbo Fire workouts are super fun. This one takes out the impact but definitely has fired up the intensity without the impact. Yep, Chalene gets ya good! Its a blast though and man do you feel it in the abs and legs, love it!
Ok girls that's it for me today, I think I'll try to rest up and take something for the pain now that I'm done with everything. Sad to say I doubt I'll be making it back for personals.
