Crazy, Strong & Loving It for 4/30-5/6

Good Evening,

No workout for me to report I either have a sinus headache or a migraine I just want to close my eyes and go to sleep. I need to try and do some kind of ab work though I am feeling a bit doughy. I start my official personal training on Monday last night we filled out paperwork.

Chris-I still haven't made it through that workout.

I just finished my workouts due to other people taking up my time to do so earlier, :mad: as if my time or schedule doesn't rate their slightest consideration. I even tried to accomodate them around my schedule or move my workout schedule plan for today to take care of everyone else then myself. It took four separate attempts at different times to finally put a dvd in the machine and be able to workout and finish what I planned but wanted to finish before 1pm, grrr:mad: Anyways, I refused to let this cancel my workout so I did just get it finished letting my natural stubborness be put to good use. I fell today and bruised both knees since they took the brunt of the fall and bruised a rib I think too:rolleyes: I do hope tomorrow goes better for me since its my birthday, but through the years its come to mean just another day on the calendar. Oh well, I do what I can and most definitely that means a workout tomorrow.:)

Here's today's workout:

Les Mills Pump- Pump & Shred= 48 Min
Met Value= 6.50
Calories burned= 426

This workout consists of about 150-200 reps. Oh yeah, but your using low weight and not doing it in STS heavy weight fashion. I love STS its da bomb, but I thought it would be fun to do low weight and high reps. Plus the music is da bomb and the instructors are fun, positive, and always use great form. I like Les Mills Pump its just good to mix things up is all, nothing against Cathe's workouts because I own and love them all.

Track 1 Warm up= #15BB
Track 2 Squats = #35BB
Track 3 Chest= #20BB
Track 4 Legs & Back= #30BB
Track 5 Legs& Lunges= #35BB
Track 6 Push Ups & Shoulders= BW & #7 db's
Track 7 Abs= No Weights
Track 8 Cool down/Stretch
Phew! as if that wasn't enough then I did cardio.:eek:

All New! Turbo Fire- Low HiiT 20= 20Min
Met Value= 7.50
Calories burned= 205

This as all Turbo Fire workouts are super fun. This one takes out the impact but definitely has fired up the intensity without the impact. Yep, Chalene gets ya good! Its a blast though and man do you feel it in the abs and legs, love it!:D

Ok girls that's it for me today, I think I'll try to rest up and take something for the pain now that I'm done with everything. Sad to say I doubt I'll be making it back for personals.;)

Happy Friday! I just finished with picking up the kids from school. I had enough time this morning to workout first then shower and get the kids, thank goodness! I'll just check in now.

Here's today's workout:

Turbo Fire- Low HiiT 25= 25 Min
Met Value= 7.50
Calories burned= 256

Les Mills Pump- Hard Core Abs= 20 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 137

Les Mills Pump- Flow= 20 Min
Met Value= 2.50
Calories burned= 68

Total calories burned= 461

That's it for me today, and maybe I can celebrate my birthday which is today, this weekend, we'll see.

I went for a walk this morning and then DH and I went to the lake, I laid out while he fished and unfortunately we drank to much and I am sunburned.

Stats:

208 cals burned.

I am definetly going to have to try body pump or do something at the gym to make up for today.

I missed posting yesterday... I had done a premix on SJP/SB. it was the #2 Cardio and Weights. fun stuff... SB step and SJP weights!

today was my "easy" day. I did 20 minutes of Kathy Smith Cardio (easy, but I STILL worked up a sweat! :eek:) and then did 45 minutes of Yoga Relax.

Happy Birthday, Nora!!! Sorry I missed it yesterday, but yes, celebrate the entire weekend . My birthday is Monday! :eek:

Thanks guys for asking about my husbaand. Every day he feels different. One day is a good one, the next is a bad one:( Maybe he needs to slow things down, he is a tripple A battery to begin with....lol.

Yesterday was a rest day. Aleisa (DD) and I went to get a massage. I also got a facial:) Than had a nice lunch, went shopping. Had an awesome day yestday. I also got a Kindle Fire yesterday, love it!

Today on Bob's rotation was Inside Out Method "Bob's Workout" since it was only 30 min long, I did workout 1 & 2, needed that after all that junk(I had cake too!:p) I had yesterday.

Chris - good job, on SJP today. Hope you feeling better. Any plans for Monday?

Just a quick note, I'm in too much pain to workout today. My low back area is really hurting, and my knees are killing me from my fall the other day. So, I opted to take an unofficial rest day. I hope to be able to workout again starting Monday. fingers crossed:rolleyes:

I spent the afternoon sweeping DD's new basement it was hot and humid then I came home and did SJP/Weights Circuit I really like this workout except for the low end lunges. Sunburn is still hurting.
