Hi girls!
I got a late start on my workout, but I got it done. I'm sort of just free stylin' on the workouts. I did just order Les Mills Pump, I caved I couldn't help it. The music sounds awesome from the clips and infomericial I ordered the basic kit. I'll probably get the three additional cardio ones as well, but thought I'd try it first before I do it. I'll be using likely Cathe and Turbo Fire for the Cardio for now. My shipping tracking notice shows it should be here wednesday, YAY!!! See how crazy we are. We get excited about new workouts, love it!
Here's today's workout:
LIS- TotalBody Trisets Upper Body Split= 56 Min
Met Value= 6.50
Calories burned= 497
I love the LIS series its so fun and innovative. Upperbody is always tough for me and this was no exception. I did feel that my core was worked and engaged enough fron doing this workout that I didn't need to do abs aside from this workout. Lots of plank and pushup stuff to engage core not to mention stuff done on the stability ball forces you to use core muscles as well. Love LIS its really killer, awesome workout despite the calorie burn not being amazing, but I know to expect that, weights although awesome don't burn as many calories typically of cardio generally speaking and that's fine its about muscles not cardio!!
Debbie- Seriously girlfriend those leg press weights are awesome! If they decide to bring back Xena Warrior Princess to Tv my vote is for you to audition

Glad your enjoying Cindy Whitmarsh, i've heard of her but have never done any of her workouts. I'm sure you go those abs in too on the workout for today, right? Of course you did! So how are you doing now all settled in? Oh, how is your DH I remember you mentioned him needing surgery? I hope he's doing ok. Sorry, surgery always makes me nervous at the mere mention of it. ((Hugs to you and your DH with Healing Hugs))
Roxie- So, how do you like Kettlebell Worx Cardio?? I've noticed the infomericals but haven't watched them. I hope you had fun with it. Good form is absolutely critical in Kettlebell work so becareful and be mindful of good form. I found that using thick old socks and cutting the feet out using just the tube part and putting them on each forearm and folding over really helped make Kettlebell work more comfortable. Have fun with kettlebells

Chris- Great job with P90X Chest Shoulders Triceps + Ab Ripper X especiall with little sleep and feeling not so great. You rock doing those workouts today, so good for you ^^^5's and Hugs~
