Crazy, Strong & Loving It for 3/15

Today was cardio and I woke up with a pretty good headache. I decided to do Cardio Coach #3. Short and sweet. I did well with it but my head was pounding by the end.

My upper back and neck were sore from yesterdays workout so I did the foam roller for a few minutes as well. Feels ok now. Love my foam roller!
 
Good Morning,

Woke up with a migraine and a runny nose so I didn't workout and tonite is a meeting with the bosses to figure out what is going to take place so I won't get one in tonite either so tomarrow I need to get back on it. I put on shorts for the first time this year and they were to big.

Debbie-hope your headache goes away.

I slept in this morning, was up most the night:( I just finished Amy Bento KB surge pemix 1 (+abs and stretch). That one is so much fun!

Hi All!

Today was Yoga X day. But I ended up doing Cathe's Cardio Supersets Premix #1 first (26 minutes) to warm up. And then did about 90% of Yoga Relax. Both were great workouts! loved them!

Sounds like it's headache day. :( SOOOO glad the headache fairy didn't visit me. Seriously, they are torture.

Debbie : Good for you for getting through your cardio today WITH a headache! Do you know what yours are caused by? Sinus? Hormonal? Migraine?

Roxie: Sure hope you feel better for your family's visit tonight.

Nora: that is fantastic that you are loving LMP so much! They sound like shorter workouts? I don'thave a bosu either. But there are enough segments you don't need a bosu for , plus I think you can modify the ones that do. They're just short 4 minute Tabatas. I've heard Breathless is also another good Tabata workout.

Belinda: Sorry you slept crappy. You got a good cardio in though!

Turbo Fire- Stretch 10= 11 Min
Met Value= 2.50
Calories burned= 38

Les Mills Pump- Flow= 25 Min
Met Value= 2.0
Calories burned= 68

Total calories burned= 651 ;)
