Crazy, Strong & Loving It 5/27

Back from weights. Rotation is DONE!

3 sets of 12 reps as supersets:

SS#1
Zottoman curls - 17's (up 1#)
Weighted dips - 45# (up 5#)

SS#2
Squats - 90# (up 10#)
Plie squats - 80# (up 10#)

SS#3
Flat bench dumbbell press - 31.5's (up 1.5)
Underhand dumbbell rows - 30's (up 4)

SS#4
Alternating lunges with pulse - 60# (stayed the same)
Calf raises - 90# (did 3/20) (up 10#)

SS#5
Upright (dumbbell) rows - 17's (up 1)
Rear delt raises - 14's/13's/13's (up 2 then 1 - sort of goofed on going up 2 and that was way too much. I forgot I had the gloves on duh)

Belinda - Oh poor thing. I hope you get better soon!!!!!!!
 
I was just thinking about how I missed seeing you post, Belinda! Hoping it was because you were having FUN! :(

You poor girl. Maybe these doctors can give you some better ideas on how to stop these ear/sinus infections for good?

Okay girls, I'm finally checking this string out - you guys are awesome! Jess and Heather are the ones that keep urging me to hop into this forum to check it out, so I finally am (as some of you know, Jess is my sister)!

Let's see, how's this for crazy (okay, maybe slightly dumb)...I was away in Vegas for a long weekend and came back with a cold, but as I hadn't worked out in FOUR days (FOUR WHOLE DAYS!) I decided to work out anyway as I was feeling okay on Monday morning. So, I did Power and Ride at my gym, back to back, and still felt pretty good after...fast forward to Tuesday, thought it was a bright idea to double up STS on top of that, and did Meso 1 tris/chest/bi's and then most of meso 1 legs...damn, that was a bad idea ;-) I'm in massive DOMS pain almost three days later. And my cold is still here.

Okay, that was rambly, but you get the idea ;-)

Calories burned= 319
Oh man Cathe got me good with this one. I've never done any of the premixes on this dvd, but man its awesome! I was dripping with sweat, great workout.

Insanity- Max Recovery= 40 Min
Calories burned= 601

Yep, between Shaun T and Cathe they sufficient kicked my butt today!:p:D

Jessica - I totally agree, we definetly need a MA get-together.

CTX Kickbox & bi's done. Loved the jump rope sequence in this workout. I had a lot of fun with it and my bi's were screaming. Still are as a matter of fact.
