This was fun and I love mixing up iTread with Cardio Coach on the shorter runs anyways.

This was really fun it did sort of remind me of a shorter mix being a cross between PS and GS. I had fun and I really felt my lats with it.
Debbie-Wow! High fives on today's STS workout for you. Impressive weights too. Isn't STS a lot of fun and challenging? I really found myself enjoying weights so much that I like to keep up with them in my workout rotations concentrating on certain muscel groups etc... I'd never really thought about it before but now its definitely something I focus on.
