OMG, I ended up doing Hardcore Extreme: High/Low Intervals which was 8 intervals of lowmax and IMAX3 alternating (2 of each) and THEN the cardio blasts from KICKMAX . (Thank you Heather for the idea!) I made it through 3/4's of the blasts, when she said "Lunge intervals" , I FF'd it, but it went right to the stretch. So I skipped the last 2. (Do you remember what the last interval was, Heather? I can't believe you did it ALL, I was a sweaty MESS at the end)
Anyways, I'm good for calorie burn today! WOW!
OCT 09 Rotation should be good, Heather! I know you were thinking about STS, so this is a different way to do it.
