Feel much better today. Worked Back and Biceps. Had a really good workout.

1 minute 30 second rest between each set and exercise.

BACK
T-Bar Row - 60# - 4 sets/10 reps
Underhand Barbell Row - 65# - 3 sets/12 reps
Incline Bent-Over Lateral Raise - 12's - 3 sets/15 reps

BICEPS
Barbell Curl - 60# - 3 sets/6 reps
Pinwheels - 20's - 3 sets/10 reps
Incline Hammer Curl - 20's - 3 sets/8 reps

Bicep work was a burner. I'm hoping to feel it tomorrow.

Today I did GS: Legs. Not as bad as I thought! But it still burned the bejeesus out of my legs!!! :eek:

It's wicked hot and muggy today. I hate closing the windows up and putting on the AC, but I think I'm going to have to.

Belinda: What did you do?

Debbie: Good to hear your headache is gone! Good workout!

Roxie: Sorry to hear about your mood. Could it be just TTOM? Or you think it's something more.

Roxie - Sorry you are depressed. Do you take anything when you get this way? I hope it passes soon. :(

Chris - We've had our house closed up for 4 days now. That's one reason I hate when it gets so hot here. I love leaving my windows opened and so do my cats! Luckily next week should be in the 70's and I will definitely have the windows opened. Nice going with GS Legs. That one is always a burner.

Nora - Excellent workout yesterday! You are maniac! :eek:
 
Chris and Debbie,

I have been fighting that inner ear thing and dizziness since the end of April with that the heat (we have had our AC on for a month now) and TTOM I think its all getting to me. I called the dr. this morning and they can get me in tomarrow at 11:45. It makes doing chest, back and ab work really difficult when you can't lay down.

I just finsihed Intensity! So much fun! I had no trouble doing the workout in the RV:eek: I have enough room to move, that's all that's counts, right!
