Roxie- Wow Roxie!! What a great workout you had for today high fives!!! I love that you did KCM's Muscle Up Shoulders, Bis & Tris plus bonus abs and then went for a 2.61 mile run/walk in the park ran laps 1,3,5 walked 2,4,6. Bravo girlfriend that is a fierce kick butt workout, good for you be proud of that accomplishment. Yes, I'm having problems with the workout manager ugh! Still working on fixing it somehow its still an ongoing thing so I hope it can be resolved. Anyways, congrats on that inspiring workout, you rocked it! Now go have a blessed day!

Belinda- great workout today with SBF Vintage Bikini Butt = 15 min + LB Barre 12 = 35 min. I bet your booty is on fire after all that be sure to stretch glutes after that. Have a wonderful blessed day.
