Not sure what I will do today? My back still feels good., I think those shots are finaly working. About time! I am still gonna take it easy. It's raining again today, so no outside walking for me today.

I managed to drag myself out of bed and do SB this morning. Really had to get it done early b/c I'm going to have to work late today. I also have only 5 million things to get done around the house this week. Took on a wee bit too much as usual. Still need to do a few touch ups on the paint in one of the spare rooms, then pull out the old carpet and tack strips. Oh the joys of home ownership!

Belinda - it's raining here again today too. We've had rain since Saturday. Starting to get VERY depressing.

Good morning. I did Cardio Power from 4DS this morning. I always manage to get a good sweat going during tht workout.

Hey Girls!!

STS is all coming back to me from the first time around... Sore lats from all those push-ups yesterday!! Also some GOOD DOMS in my chest and bi's & shoulders.

Today I'm going for a run at the park! Great sunny day for it!...And since I forgot to do abs yesterday, I'll do them today, probably before I go. Ideally, I should come back from my run and do a SM segment or TBS. We'll see!!

Belinda: Have a good safe workout today!... Glad you're feeling better. When will you follow up with your doctor?

Heather: You do sound like you have a TON on your plate this week. Good for you for getting up early and doing a workout. I totally understand how hard it is to push for those early AM workouts!! Maybe you could find a day you could leave early from work? or go in late ?
 
Chris - Good job with your STS. Sometimes, in a strange way, I miss those DOMs. Just haven't had them quite the same way since STS. Of course, got 'em immediately when I did the discs from Week 1 of Meso 2. YIKES. I kept thinking to myself, "why did I like this so much????"

SB was a little more difficult at 5:30 AM!!! LOL. I almost missed the step a couple of times and kicked another time trying to do those darn triples around. All I could do was laugh at myself.

Since I did work late this past Friday and will again today and this coming Friday, my boss has already said she'd let me take the time. I'm hoping hoping hoping I can leave early on Thursday. Fingers crossed nothing else comes up and I can get out of here around 1 or 1:30.

Bev - Good job with your cardio power. I have 4DS, and just have not really used it like I should. I'd gladly send you this rain if I could!

Today was cardio and I had a very excellent workout. I felt strong and energetic and did my all time best with this workout. I chose one of the mixes I did with Cardio Coach, it included the 2 - 8 minute jogs, 10 alternating hills and sprints and 5- 1 minute sprints. Beat my time with all the segments. Was a sweaty mess when I got done.
