I hope your having sunnier weather than I am in Oregon. Today was Oregon's famous liquid sunshine, ugh! Gray clouds and threatening to rain, then actually showers. Thanks for all the replies today, I really appreciate it. Lately my health hasn't been what it should be hopefully it will get better.
I did workout today, here's what I did:
KCM 30 Min to Fitness Kickboxing-Workout#2= 26 Min
Calories burned= 248
STS Meso 3, Disc#30 Shoulders,Bi's & Tri's=61 min
Calories burned= 474 approx.
I did ok with the calories burned today. I'm kind of easing into working out after taking a few days off for health issues. I feel like I need to burn more calories than what I have been. Maybe tomorrow I'll add a Cardio Coach Volume1, then do my STS Plyo Legs Meso 3 disc 35.
