Crazy, strong and loving it for Saturday!

Today was Day 9 of C25K. Only did this twice through as instructed rather than doubling it like I did twice this week. I just didn't have the time to do the whole thing.

My HR monitor kept losing track of my HR again. I have no clue why it does that when I'm jogging? It's always done that, though, even with my Cardio Coach workouts (I miss doing CC by the way). It's such a pain to have to press down on it to keep it working while I'm jogging, I'm not sure what to do? I'd like to not use it, but I like seeing where I am with my HR. I got so pissed I just took it off an jogged without it. I bought new batteries, maybe that will help?

I'm thinking I'll be doing my 3 miles at a 4.0 mph jog. I don't see me doing it any faster. That means it will take me 45 minutes to jog 3 miles. But that's ok, if I meet that goal, I will be estatic because like I've said over and over again, I'm just not an endurance runner. So we'll see.

After the 30 minutes on the treadmill I did the AB work from Cardio & Weights.
 
Hi Girls!

Today I did Peak Fit Challenge Anytime/Anywhere Workout. Kicked my ass. I felt pukey and dizzy afterwards. I've never been dizzy after a workout like that. Not sure what was up. BUT... even with that... i LOVED the workout! It's easy to get into, and challenging!!!

Belinda: Have a fun cardio today! I know you will!

Nora: (from yesterday), Hope you feel better today. You did a TON feeling so crappy. I can't even imagine! Have I told you lately how much I ADORE Peak Fit? I think you made a VERY wise investment. This is the first "system" I've actually had notable weight loss.

Debbie: I don't think I run much faster than 3 mi/45 minutes, which is about a 12 min mile. I do do intervals (hills), but at a regular pace that's all I ever do. And YES! that is ENOUGH! Great workout! .... I know I had one of those HR Monitors a long time ago. It used to also always lose contact and I'd have to push it tighter on to my body to get it to work again. It was just the movements that made it lose contact. It's battery eventually went dead, and I never replaced it. I should though!

Good Afternoon,

I didn't sleep well last night sent DH a text at 3:30am to tell him good morning and he told me to go to sleep must have helped because I finally did. I did KCMs Split Sessions Upper Body and then walked on the TM for 30 mins. It is terribly hot here today so I cleaned house and am now doing the laundry don't plan on going anywhere. I still want to do another cardio and abs later.

Belinda-what did you end up doing.

Debbie-I noticed walking on the TM this morning that when I started to sweat my strap started to slip. Good job with your workout and getting your abs done.

Chris-nice job with your workout, the TF workouts make me feel dizzy.

Nora-good job with your workout wish I had your drive when I feel icky I don't workout.

I have no workout to report in with for today. I was in too much pain and it was nearly impossible trying to walk so I decided to begin my recovery week a day earlier than I planned. I did complete all of CLX last week and this week was just a bonus of Lean for Life Phase. I will rest this week starting now and the following week begin a rotation of PeakFit Challenge. Yay, for Chris liking PeakFit and enjoying the benefits from it and losing some weight too, I'm so in for that. Thanks again for recommending it.
