Crazy, strong and loving it for October!!

Good Morning,

Another good nights sleep which doesn't make sense considering I am stressed to the max. Tonite is CLX Burn Intervals and Ab Burner.

Debbie-we found out last night how much unemployment he will get and its going to help but he doesn't seem in any hurry to find another job which is pissing me off. Les Mills is available to the public I have thought about getting it.

Chris-nice job with your workout and I was glad I walked it is cold today.

I just finished today's workout. I woke up feeling like someone used my low back for batting practice and had trouble getting out of bed to walk. Once I got going I could move a little better but still a lot of pain. I am planning to not workout tomorrow so I can run errands, pay bills, and go to an appointment. I hope to workout Saturday to make up for not working out Friday.

Here's today's workout:

KCM 30MTF- Plateau Buster- Kelly's Harder Mix #1= 35 Min

Turbo Fire- Fire 30 Class= 33 Min

Ok, I plan to rest the rest of today and take it easy hoping my back will feel better. Have a wonderful Thursday and I will try to comeback for personals later.

Hi Girls!

Today I did LIS: Total Body Trisets, Upper Body Split. 2nd time this week (it's on the rotation that way). I was SO sore from this one the first time. I wonder if I will be again?

Debbie: Nice job on Yoga today! Can't wait to hear what you think of Jillian's. I guess you've just moved into a new phase of fitness! That's good!

Nora: I can't believe you did 2 HiiT workouts with a sore back! You are so determined!! Are you thinking of getting the new Les Mills Body Combat? It's for pre-order now I see. I think I'm going to get it!! it looks cool!

Roxie: I bet your DH was super stressed at his job. he's probably enjoying the break. Good you're getting sleep AND your workouts in.

Today was cardio and I did Cardio Coach #6 with Candace, but I skipped Challenge 3. This one has 4 challenges and I didn't have enough time to do them all. I had a great workout. First full week of workouts for me in a long time. Feels good!

I didn't workout last night DH and I had some errands to run. I found out yesterday that I am still a member at the gym until Nov 3rd. so tonite I will go to the gym and do the elliptical and then CLX Burn Circuit 3.

Debbie-I would just google it but I think its through Beach Body but don't quote me on that.

Nora-Burn Circuit 2 really has my lower back hurting so I think its just the exercises in that one that is causing your back to hurt.

Belinda-good job with your workouts.

Chris-I would file an harrasment charge against that police officer.

Today I did LIS Low Impact Step Challenge. That one is NOT easy peasy!! The last round of blasts just about killed me!

Debbie: Nice going on the TM run today! Those CC's are HARD!

Belinda: I can NOT believe you did High and Tight and THEN STS Legs! :eek::eek: you must have the nicest ass ever!!

Roxie: Oh cool about the gym! You'll have all month! ... My son really doesn't want me to pursue anything. he's afraid it will make more trouble for him. And he's in no trouble at this point.

Nora: Hope you got through your busy day today! :)

I just finished today's workout that I was doing to make up for Friday's none workout day. I will now check in.

Here's today's workout:

CLX- Burn Circuit #3= 32 Min
Met Value= 6.0
Calories burned= 262

STS Cardio: HiiT- Double Wave Pyramid= 30 Min
Met Value= 10.0
Calories burned= 410

Total calories burned= 672:cool:

I recall someone asking me if I was doing a rotation of CLX now? Answer, no just random stuff. I think some of the CLX moves in Burn Circuit sort of tweaked my knee so I'll just move on to something else. I will either do a five day tweak version of this month's Cathe rotation or some Les Mills pump hybrid of my choosing. I got to do weight work three times a week, it really helps me to feel better and stronger. At least that's my though process as far as looking at planning next weeks schedule out either later today or tomorrow. That's if for me now girls, have a wonderfully blessed Saturday filled with fabulous stuff.

Today I did Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown. What a great workout. I did the first one on the DVD. I'm glad it was only a half hour. Really cool workout!

Really horrible nights sleep for me kept having sleep apnea issues to do a cold and my throat hurts really bad. I am going home after work and do CLX Burn Circuit 1 and some much needed abs.

Debbie-I have that one just haven't done it not big into stretching.

Belinda-computer looks like it is working now.

Hi all!

I started "Recovery Week" , which is all yoga and rest days. Today I took Buddy for a long walk in the woods. It was a nice walk, but I missed a good sweaty/hard workout!

Debbie: Oh! i'm so relieved you liked Jillian's Meltdown Yoga!! It's not "stretchy bendy relaxing" yoga, it's good muscle building yoga.

Roxie: Colds and bugs are all over the place this time of year. Feel better!

Belinda: Hope you found a good workout today. I thought you were doing STS?

Nora: That Pump Sports Attack must be hard, huh? Great job getting it done today!

I'm back for personals. I'm having trouble using my right hand but will attempt personals.

Roxie- Great job with CLX Burn Circuit 1 and bravo and extra gold stars for doing that feeling cruddy. (( Hugs to you, prayers, and feel better wishes coming your way));)

Chris- I know what you mean about missing those sweaty tough fun workouts during a recovery week. I think recovery weeks are an exercise in restraint and are tough for at least workout fanatics like myself. Good for you being good and sticking with yoga and taking buddy for a nice walk. I'm sure buddy was thrilled he got to gets some exercise and spend time with you. yes, Les Mills Pump Sports attack is really fun its simple but effective or sweat effective sports drills type workouts and its a bit of a hiiT type of workout. Its fun and quick, love those.;) Great job on your recovery week day 1;):cool:;)

Belinda- I hope your computer is better and behaving itself after your hubby ran some checks on it. We miss your check ins informing us of your always killer workouts and personals. ((Hugs));)

Debbie- Yeah:), you liked Yoga Meltdown with Jillian Michaels. Its fun and not your typical yoga workout, but I like that about it and its cool. Glad you decided to take up Chris suggestion to try it, and decided you liked it. Bravo girlfriend, its always fun to try something new out. WTG girlfriend!;):)

Today was cardio but I woke up with a headache and really didn't feel much like running. However, I made myself get on my treadmill and do something. I wanted to do CC #2 but my mp3 player wouldn't come on. Not sure what is wrong with it. Luckily I have all my CC workouts on a server so if I need to reload them I can. So I just did some hills and a few 1 minute jogs. Not a stellar workout but it was something.

Good morning,

Last night Aleisa and I did Bum Bum, that's all. We went to the National Aqarium in Boltimore than afterwards we ate that a nice seafood restaurant. Had an awesome day. Last night we picked out/bought the paint for the kitchen.

Today I will do D4 and abs.

Roxie - my computer was running so slow, it took my 30 min just to post someting. Hope you feel better.

Nora - (((HUGS))) sorry you having trouble using your right hand. Good job on your workouts.

Chris - I am stilll doing STS, just switched workouts.....that's all. Enjoy your recovery week. Do you have JM BR? I saw this series in Target yesterday.

Good Morning,

DH has a job interview this morning so I hope all goes well. Tonite I will go to the gym and do the elliptical and then get weighed. I took nyquil before I went to bed and it helped my throat but my head feels full kinda sucks.

Debbie-good job with your workout and if dh doesn't get this job I will kick him in the ass.
