Good afternoon girls, I thought I'd shock everyone and check in early today! LOL, ok well earlier than my ususal.
Here's today's workout:
KCM Cardio Kick Step-Boxing-Vertical Mix= 39.5 Min
Calories burned= 346
Also did the abs included in that mix. Very fun love the combination of kickbox and step.
STS Meso3, Disc#29 Plyo Legs= 50 Min
Calories burned= 388
Due to sore back and knees I had to reduce the number of risers to 2 and 3 to reduce impact to both knees and back. I still love STS Plyo Legs, so much fun!
Belinda- Great job! It still counts even if the calorie burn is not where you;d like it to be. Remember your body will continue to burn calories long after you've finished your workout and weights are especially great for that. Lighter weight you can get leaner sculpting type look, so that's good. Just take care of your back, ok kiddo be safe.
Roxie- I'm sorry your still having stomach issues. Maybe you should make an appointment to see your doctor. He/She may be able to help.
