Hi girls! I did Disc 2 today. Had a really good workout. I fashioned a weight bar over the handrails of my TM to do chin/pullups on and it worked like a charm. I did have to use caution, though. I don't even know how close I would be to doing an actual pull up... it's not something I practice (I've obviously never done P90X).
Anyway, I thought I would be sore from Disc 3 yesterday, Legs. Just maybe a little soreness in my inner thighs, but only just a little. We'll see tomorrow....
I'll try to get some abs in later. Or maybe tomorrow along with cardio. No, I'd better do them tonight - lots going on tomorrow.
Debbie, glad to see you're still really enjoying STS. Be careful with your shoulder on bench press - I know you know that. Feels good to go that heavy again, though, huh?
