Heather, hope those clouds burn off soon for you. The premix I did yesterday was the Power Circuit segments, all upper body wgts, and abs. Put together like this: PC seg 1, then some wgts and abs, PC seg 2, then different UB wgts and abs, etc. So it's everything but the step combos. Really fun and its broken up so it keep moving. I like circuits.
Not sure what I'll do today. Cardio I guess, maybe a CC. I work the next 3 days and will probably do wgts tomorrow..?? I'm getting more 1 RMs done, too.
