I just finished today's workout and I can walk today, it's a November 1st miracle!! Ok, still a little sore post LLA, but I can move so that's a huge deal for which I am grateful. Thank goodness it's Friday!!
Here's today's workout:
Cardio Coach Vol.2 Revised- My Short Mix= 28 Min
MV= 10.50 Stationary Bike 200 Watts Vigorous

Due to being very incapacitated after working out from Wednesday's LLA I opted to be safe and did stationary bike workout with Cardio Coach Volume 2 revised my mix. That seemed to help. I did workout yesterday in hopes I could get my muscles warm stretch them out then get a workout in. I did Flextrain and that seemed to make worse extreme soreness & pain to the Max from LLA's the previous day bringing it to a level I walked like a mummy and had excruciating soreness and pain. Today there's a little residual soreness but not a lot, so I can move today, YAY!! I posted about this yesterday in the section about Cathe's newest workouts saying that Cathe gave me a Halloween Trick, it was a great treat of a workout but dang it bites hard the next day or two. LOL!! I'd say that workout has not just teeth but claws, and fangs too! LOL!!!!

Chris- Great workout today with Xtrain: CBS. That's a great workout and sometimes for me I get a slight soreness the next day because of chest work but nothing bad just a hello remember you worked me out yesterday kind of thing. Congrats on doing so well with Whole30 and resisting the evil halloween candy, you are an inspiration, well done girlfriend. Keep up the fab job with your workouts and Whole30!!


I do like LLA's its a different workout than what I expected but its a very good one. I liked that it was mostly weight bearing exercises with a metabolic emphasis and low weights mostly used to get cardio factor going. Its a good one but man did Cathe ever get me good on that one.
Debbie- Bravo girlfriend for going in your workout room and making yourself get on the TM and get in a great Cardio Coach workout. Its great that you got that workout in today and will help with some of the TTOM issues. Bravo girlfriend you got it done today!! High fives that is awesome you should feel great about yourself and go forth and have a fab Friday!
