Today was Cardio and I chose Amy's
Rumble workout. Kind of fun, I enjoyed it, but my HR didn't get up past 132 bpm. The combo's were easy to follow and fun. The heavy bag portion was cool but combo 2 lasted forever. I ended up having to skip some of it because I was running out of time.
Note on Amy's outfit with the kickboxing part: What was she thinking? Not flattering at all!

Was shocked to see 20 minutes below zone. But still got a good calorie burn. I think I'll like this more when I get my punching bag in my workout room.

Nora - Nice job with Kelly's workouts! I have the Kickboxing one in my Netflix Q. I have the Step Boxing one at home and can't wait to try it! I might do that one on Saturday!
