Morning,

I just finished CCV8 on the TC :p that was my first time doing that one! This one is a tough one, I was a sweaty mess. Had a lot of fun. I didn't push myself to much today, still had an excellent workout. I traveled 3.66 miles. I burned 760 cal.

I still have to walk the dogs. Later this afternoon I have PT appointment with a massage;) Better get busy! BBL!

Hi ladies. So, I was up at 5am again, but just couldn't manage getting up and getting in a workout. My throat is a little sore and my legs are just a tad bit sore from yesterday - nothing that should have stopped me from workout out of course LOL. I am going to go shopping with a coworker after work so today is an official rest day. Of course, it was 44 degrees this morning so my 3 block walk was more like a slow jog so I think that should count for something! :eek:

Tomorrow I think I will do Imax 3 and some abs. Not sure if it'll get done in the AM or PM, but it'll get done!

I'm so tired today. I'm wondering if it's from emotional exhaustion. Can that be? I've had so much this week. Yesterday my son with Type 1 Diabetes called me from his paper route, telling me he felt his sugar was low and he didn't have sugar tabs with him. I rushed out (he was about a mile away) in a panic. He was sitting on the side of the road, looking REALLY bad. He was able to take the sugar, and everything was ok in the end. But I'm really shaken up about it.

AND, I have wicked DOMS in my butt today. The "grimace" when you sit to pee DOMS

I have to go get some black/dark pants to wear to my neighbors memorial service tomorrow (another emotional thing this week, my mom's long time neighbor died) and then do grocery shopping. I think I may do that first (now) and then do IM2 and some sort of ab work when I come back, after lunch. I'm dreading the pants buying. Dreading it.

Belinda: I think you're very wise to bring the STS book to your chiro and ask first. Great job on CC today!! Enjoy your massage later!

Great workout yesterday! I have a few Tae Bo's. They're very different. I don't do them often, I can't really warm up to Billy.

Heather: You take that rest day! Sounds like you could use it!!!

Tonite for me is GS legs and the abs I didn't get done last night. I am happy to report DH has been smoke free for 1 month.
 
Chris - I totally believe in emotional exhaustion and it sounds like that's where you're at! Try to just take it easy for a day maybe? Hate those PEE DOMS! :eek:

Roxie - That's great news about your DH!

Belinda - Holy smokes on those calories burnt!!!!!
 
Debbie - have you tried that bodyrock.tv again yet? I went and looked it up. Does your HR not drop terribly between having to click on each 5min video? Since they aren't strung back to back? Just curious.


Heather - I seen this a couple days ago and forgot to respond. I've never done a bodyrock.tx workout. I read about them but that's about it. What made you think I've done them? Have you tried them?

LMAO!!! Those workouts look interesting but I have no patience to download them or do them off the internet. Give me a DVD any day.

Here's today's workout:

Cardio Coach Volume 3= 45 Min
Distance= 3.31 Miles
Calories burned= 507

Bpm's= 138,143,144,141,151,150,151,152,140,155,150,157,145,148,147,151,136.
The majority of the workout I was in the 85% part of my heart rate for mostly the majority of the time. Lots of bpms in the 150 + range so I'm happy with it.

Core Cuts-Cut#2 Stability ball abs= 9 min
Calories burned= 61

Belinda- Awesome job on the Cardio Coach Volume 8 workout on the Tread Climber. Your my hero because I've never made it past CCV5. You rock! Excellent cardio burn!:D:eek:

Heather- I checked out your blog, very cool! Sorry, to hear that you are experiencing a sore throat today and a little bit of sore muscles today. Definitely enjoy your day of rest, Imax 3 for tomorrow you mentioned. I love that one but my knees don't at least right now. Definitely don't forget to wear your hardware with Imax3, LOL!!. I feel like I'm a warrior when I put on mine, especially if I'm doing STS weights and have wrist weights in addition to weighted gloves lifting barbell or dumbells. LOL!!! Feel better;)

Chris- I'm with you about being shook up about your son's call that his blood sugar was low and needed his sugar tabs. I know I would be shook up about that too! Tough week ahead for you, just hang in there you know we all are there for ya.;) I sympathsize about dreading the pants shopping. I'm short waisted, short I'm 5'2" and usually things are ginormous in the hips on me and teeny tiny in the waist which is ridiculous and never fits totally depressing experience. I hate pants shopping with a passion. I hope you have better luck than I do with it.;)

Debbie- Good for you enjoy your day off and rest! You definitely deserve it!;)

Roxie, Wendy, and anyone else I missed I'm still thinking of ya and hope you all had a great workout today!

Well I did GS legs and I am not going to be able to walk tomarrow my legs are shaking and I couldn't do half the floor work because I am not strong enough in the legs to do the bridge rollouts or the one legged rollouts and the inner thigh work with the stability ball gives me some problems to. I got a great calorie burn though.

45 in the zone
130 min hr
169 max hr
387 cals burned.

Best calorie burn I have had all week.

Heather, how is your throat doing? Have fun with IMAX3 tomorrow. I pushed it on the TC today, I was soaked from head to toe. No kidding! Those workouts on rockbody tv look very interesting. Let me know how you like them.

Nora, awesome job with your cal burn today. Do you have CCV6-7? Give them a try, you will love them. I do need to change things up, I get bored very easy! LOL! I was gonna do an iTri Set 29 (you cycle, climb and run) today, but the gym was soooo crowed.
