Calories burned= 507
Bpm's= 138,143,144,141,151,150,151,152,140,155,150,157,145,148,147,151,136.
The majority of the workout I was in the 85% part of my heart rate for mostly the majority of the time. Lots of bpms in the 150 + range so I'm happy with it.
Core Cuts-Cut#2 Stability ball abs= 9 min
Calories burned= 61
Belinda- Awesome job on the Cardio Coach Volume 8 workout on the Tread Climber. Your my hero because I've never made it past CCV5. You rock! Excellent cardio burn!

Heather- I checked out your blog, very cool! Sorry, to hear that you are experiencing a sore throat today and a little bit of sore muscles today. Definitely enjoy your day of rest, Imax 3 for tomorrow you mentioned. I love that one but my knees don't at least right now. Definitely don't forget to wear your hardware with Imax3, LOL!!. I feel like I'm a warrior when I put on mine, especially if I'm doing STS weights and have wrist weights in addition to weighted gloves lifting barbell or dumbells. LOL!!! Feel better
Chris- I'm with you about being shook up about your son's call that his blood sugar was low and needed his sugar tabs. I know I would be shook up about that too! Tough week ahead for you, just hang in there you know we all are there for ya.

I sympathsize about dreading the pants shopping. I'm short waisted, short I'm 5'2" and usually things are ginormous in the hips on me and teeny tiny in the waist which is ridiculous and never fits totally depressing experience. I hate pants shopping with a passion. I hope you have better luck than I do with it.
