I am done with CCV6;) Burned 630 cal. I also took the dogs for a 30 min walk. I have to shower and get ready for my PT appt.!

Today was Cardio and I chose Imax 2. Had a BLAST! I love that workout, especially the step segments. Very fun and time flew by. My favorite interval is #6. I love those straddle taps.

I was up early, this time change still has me all out of sorts. I went ahead and did the hi/low premix from Hardcore Extreme. I like that one, but after a point it's just plain LONG! It's well over an hour. I think I'll do the plyo legs tomorrow plus a longer abs workout.

Belinda - way to go with your calorie burn!! Enjoy PT!

Nora - any time my DH and I get ready to go run, he asks me if I've got all my hardware on! LOL.

Chris - I hope you're feeling better today. I've heard lots of people getting that shot and not feeling so swell. Our head honcho boss actually passed out in a meeting after getting the shot.

Roxie - how are you liking that rotation? I thought it was a great weight workout for sure.

Debbie - have you tried that bodyrock.tv again yet? I went and looked it up. Does your HR not drop terribly between having to click on each 5min video? Since they aren't strung back to back? Just curious.

Wendy - what are you up to today????

Today is 1/2 day for 2 of my boys (elementary schools) so I have to get my act together earlier today. I'm going to make a trip to Walmart after they get off on the bus. I'm going to throw on my running clothes and stop at the park on my way back for a run! ... Today is the last of the nice "warm" Fall days they predict for this week. yesterday was sunny and 70, today, "partly sunny and 60's". I'll take that for a nice run!!!

Good Morning,

Tonite is SJP step only and some abs that I didn't get done last night. I didn't go near as heavy as cathe matter of fact 10lbs was my heaviest wt. and I only could do 10 of the pushups on the high step but my muscles were shaking with each rep.

Debbie-please read my post from last night I had a question for you.

Heather-I haven't been very true to eat because of the headache last week but that is going to change this week. I always like Debbies rotations.
 
Wendy - My mom is doing great! She is now walking without help with a cane or walker. I am very excited!

Roxie - You should do 4 to 5 days of cardio, keep it at 1/2 hr. to 45 minutes a workout. I'd skip cardio on leg day, though.

Nora - Nice calorie burn! I love how you kept going to get the burn you were looking for! And I am loving STS and am bummed I'm almost done.

Belinda - I don't want to tell you to go ahead and do STS Meso 1 because I don't know what you are feeling with your back. If you think you can handle all the movements, go ahead and try it. But yes, keep your weights light.

Wrkoutqueen[b/] - Nice job with Imax 3. I like the step segments of that one.

Heather - Funny you mention the time change having you out of sorts. When we gain an hour, I have such a hard time recovering from that. When we lose an hour, I'm fine. Isn't that weird? You would think it would be the other way around. Nice workout, that one is tough.

Looks like lots of cardio being done today - and fun stuff!
I haven't done anything yet. Today was a 1/2 day for my girls, also. And I had to go in for parent/teacher conferences. So the only chance I had to do any shopping without the kids was this morning. So now I'm home and contemplating what to do... Some type of cardio as it is my rest week.
I'll check back later to let you know what I did - and to keep me accountable!!!

I would have liked a better calorie burn.
 
Better late than never, eh? But I am beating Nora!!!

Today I did.....wait for it....IMAX 2! Debbie got me psyched about straddle taps! And I hear ya Roxie. I didn't burn 400 calories with that workout! That has NEVER happened! Luckily for me I bought a jump rope today. So I did 10 min of that and burned another 75 calories.
Tomorrow is my long day out of the house. Then early Thursday we are flying to Vegas for a few days. I'm a little burned out right now, so I guess a few days off will do me good. I'll be ready for Meso 2 when I get back!

I wore 1lb gloves on each hand too! Nice workout and so much fun I can't wait to see what the MMA workouts from Shock Cardio are like.

Debbie- I love Imax2, its always a blast and a joy to do. I always enjoy cathe workouts but I love Imax2 its so much fun you almost don't realize you've been exercising and it was fun!:eek::D

Belinda- Nice workout today and excellent calorie burn.

Heather- LOL!! about the DH hardware comment. LOL!! I love that.

Chris, Roxie, Wendy and anyone else I neglected to mention Hi and if you worked out today, good for you! Bravo!!!

Ok, I'm off to go shower and relax and watch the biggest loser. I love that show.

Today is my DH's b-day! Made him a nice dinner.

Debbie - nice job on Imax 2. I am glad your mom is doing better. I will review M1 this week and see if I can handle it, I forgot about all those push ups! LOL! I also forgot about the leg workout with the paper plates! Not sure if I am ready for that.

Heather – nice job with hi/low premix from Hardcore Extreme. I am sure you got a nice cal. burn on that one.

Wendy – glad you had fun with IMAX 2 and jump rope today. Sounds like you need some rest. Have fun in Las Vegas!
