Yeah, I'm in the middle of week 10 of Les Mills Pump and I think its official, I'm addicted and love it!!:D I have a total of 3 weeks left to do after I finish up week 10 Saturday.

Here's today's workout:

Pump Revolution= 58 Min
Met Value= 6.50
Calories burned= 515

Track 1 warm up w/#15BB.

Track2 Squat Track- #35BB

Track3 Chest Track- #22BB

Track4 Legs & Back- #30BB

Track5 Triceps-#20BB maybe go a little lighter next time like #15BB.

Track6 Biceps- #20BB or #15BB next time.

Track7 Squat Track- #35BB

Track8 Shoulders Track- Pushups, #5 weight plates,#25 BB.

Track9 Abs Track= No wts., then use #10 weight plate and Mat.

Track 10 Cool down/Stretch Track.

Roughly this completes 800 or so reps!! Killer!! I love how fun this workout is there is no dread factor at all in this barbell high reps workout at all. It's da bomb, and the music is killer too!

Roxie- Just remember one of the LES MILLS PJMP instructors Jericho says, " You can hate me now, but you'll love me later." She said that during a shoulder track she was leading, and oh man that was killer and got me good. I do see that my arms are getting that nice lean athletic sculpted look that I like and the cut look is beginning to happen. Thanks Jericho! So, you can hate your trainer during a workout but later the results will emerge and you'll be thanking her so hang in there. Results to happen in time and perseverance. You're a cathlete so you got this!;):D:cool:

Belinda- Yes, I'm still doing Les Mills Pump I'm in the middle of week 10 of 13 in total, so I do have three more weeks after finishing up saturday for week 10. LMP is awesome and I do find it addicting and I love everything about it. Girlfriend, I see you've been doing awesome on your BH workouts too! Way to go!!!! You go girlfriend hugs and high fives!:cool::D;):)

Chris- Nicely done on yesterday's workouts with 4DS and some Original Bootcamp cardio ala HiiT style. Sounds like a superfun workout, fab job on your workout and high fives!!!!;):cool: I'm sure you did another killer workout for today as well. Keep on killin' those workouts and havin' fun. Tonite was wts and she took me into what she calls the jungle the wt room we did the squat machine, pushups against the squat bar, rows, tricep extension and then a pilates type machine where she had me do what amounted to squat jumps and skiing.

Stats:

116 cals burned.

Nora-she says she can see definition in my arms and I can see the shoulders emerging I know I will look good when its over it hurts so good.

Today I worked Legs & Calves. My legs really felt this, it's been a long time since I dedicated one workout to just legs. Had a great workout.

Reverse Dumbbell Lunge

I think I missed yesterday checking in! :eek:

yesterday was leg day for me. I did 4DS Legs + B&G floorwork. And added on Bonus Stability Ball Abs from B&G (abs are SORE SORE today from THAT one!)

Today I did GS Back and Biceps premix and then TF HiiT 20 + the stretch.

This rotation is really toning up my arms! Biceps are popping and they're getting firmer all over! YAY!

Belinda: I think ALL of Bob's workouts are hard!!! It must be fun to share them with your daughter.

Roxie: THat PT is really pushing you hard!! good going!!!

Nora: So glad to hear you love Les Mills STILL!!! Are you seeing any changes in your body?

Debbie: Great weight work!! Funny you hadn't had a full out "Leg Day' in a while . I bet you'll feel it tomorrow!!!

I didn't get up this morning to workout didn't sleep all night. Today was spent at a double funeral all day I got to see relatives that I haven't seen in a long time and some I had never met before today.

Belinda-I had to sign a 3 month deal with the trainer so yes I will be staying with her until August.

Debbie-good job with your workout.

Chris-I love Debbies Dec 08 rotation that one always worked for me.

Maybe I will get something done around the house. Didn't get anything done while he was home.

I did workout earlier but due to hectic schedule I had to divide portions of my workout up, but I still got it all done. So, I'll just check in now.

Here's today's workout:

Brazil Butt Lift- Cardio Axe= 30 Min
Met Value= 5.50
Calories burned= 225

This was a fun workout, I love latin dancing so this was super fun and I did pretty well catching on to the moves. I know I'll have them down pat in probably one more workout. I did sweat fairly quickly and alot. This was fun!

Brazil Butt Lift- High & Tight= 37 Min
Met Value= 4.0
Calories burned= 202
Used yellow band and ankle weights 3 pound pair= 1= #1.5 each. Wow this workout does get ya good and you will feel it and not just in the booty but the abs, inner thighs,and last but not least the Booty. I can see this will work and its fun.

Turbo Fire- HiiT 15= 17 Min
Met Value= 10.0
Calories burned= 232

Total calories burned= 659 Not too shabby.

Belinda- Nicely done with High Step Challenge, that is a fun workout.;) Yes, I have heard of the Butt Bible and no I don't have that one. Between Cathe's Butts and Guts, Jillian Michaels Killer Buns and Thighs, and now Brazil Butt Lift I feel I got the rear view issue addressed very nicely. I'm happy with these dvd's so the search is now over regarding that area, happily I might add. :)

Roxie- Wow, your PT had you do a crossfit style workout, that is awesome. She's really mixing it up with a nice variety of workout styles and focus that's great. IT sounds like you have a great trainer that wants to give you a variety so you don't get board and that's awesome. Great job with your workout and with your PT, way to go girlfriend.:)
