Yeah, I'm in the middle of week 10 of Les Mills Pump and I think its official, I'm addicted and love it!!
I have a total of 3 weeks left to do after I finish up week 10 Saturday.
Here's today's workout:
Pump Revolution= 58 Min
Met Value= 6.50
Calories burned= 515
Track 1 warm up w/#15BB.
Track2 Squat Track- #35BB
Track3 Chest Track- #22BB
Track4 Legs & Back- #30BB
Track5 Triceps-#20BB maybe go a little lighter next time like #15BB.
Track6 Biceps- #20BB or #15BB next time.
Track7 Squat Track- #35BB
Track8 Shoulders Track- Pushups, #5 weight plates,#25 BB.
Track9 Abs Track= No wts., then use #10 weight plate and Mat.
Track 10 Cool down/Stretch Track.
Roughly this completes 800 or so reps!! Killer!! I love how fun this workout is there is no dread factor at all in this barbell high reps workout at all. It's da bomb, and the music is killer too!

Roxie- Just remember one of the LES MILLS PJMP instructors Jericho says, " You can hate me now, but you'll love me later." She said that during a shoulder track she was leading, and oh man that was killer and got me good. I do see that my arms are getting that nice lean athletic sculpted look that I like and the cut look is beginning to happen. Thanks Jericho! So, you can hate your trainer during a workout but later the results will emerge and you'll be thanking her so hang in there. Results to happen in time and perseverance. You're a cathlete so you got this!

Belinda- Yes, I'm still doing Les Mills Pump I'm in the middle of week 10 of 13 in total, so I do have three more weeks after finishing up saturday for week 10. LMP is awesome and I do find it addicting and I love everything about it. Girlfriend, I see you've been doing awesome on your BH workouts too! Way to go!!!! You go girlfriend hugs and high fives!



Chris- Nicely done on yesterday's workouts with 4DS and some Original Bootcamp cardio ala HiiT style. Sounds like a superfun workout, fab job on your workout and high fives!!!!
