This week is my last week of Bob's rotation:) I am starting the week with Body Rev??? Seeing really nice results with his rotation. Will definatly do it again.

Yesterday I did lots of yard work. Will post pic once it stops raining:)

Today I started a rotation I found in an old M&F Hers magainze. I did this rotation in 2009. It looked like it would something I'd like to do again and it doesn't take much time to do it. Had a good workout.

Worked Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. 1 minute rest between each set.

CHEST:
Bench Press
65# - 2 sets/15 reps
75# - 1 set/10 reps
77# - 1 set/10 reps
80# - 1 set/8 reps

Incline Dumbbell Press
25's - 1 set/10 reps
27's - 1 set/10 reps
30's - 1 set/8 reps

SHOULDERS:
Dumbbell Military Press
15's - 1 set/10 reps
17's - 1 set/10 reps
20's - 1 set/8 reps

Lateral Raise
8's - 2 sets/10 reps
10's - 1 set/8 reps

TRICEPS:
Close Grip Barbell Press
55# - 1 set/10 reps
60# - 2 sets/10 reps

Lying Dumbells Press
12's - 1 set/10 reps
15's - 2 sets/10 reps

Tonite I am going to try and do the workout my PT gave me we will see how it goes. After my workout we are going out to see the house its suppose to all be painted on the inside today, they have moved their move in date to the end of June.

Hi girls,

I wore my new HR for the first time doing Bob's Body Rev/Cario Conditioning, I burned 586 cal. Had no idea, I was burning that much:eek: knew it wasn't 200 cal like my old HR read for the last 3 weeks. I sweat my a$$ off w/ Bob's workouts. They are all tough and I don't think I ever sweat that much with a workout:eek: I am soaked aftewards! And the best part, the scale is fianlly moving again.

Debbie - your rotation looks amazing as always. Have fun with it! Is it a 3 day split?

Roxie - have fun tonight.

Nora and Chris - have fun w/ your workouts today. I know, you will rock it;)

Off to get the house clean, still haven't decited what to cook?

I got a late start on my workout today but I did get it done, so yeah!

Pump Extreme= 61 Min
Met Value= 6.50

Track #1 Warm up #15BB

Track #2 Squats #40 BB

Track #3 Chest #20 BB

Track #4 Legs & Back #30 BB for Clean and Press, #35 BB for Squats and lunges.

Track #5 Triceps- Weight Plates #5,#10 No BB

Track #6 Biceps #20 BB

Track #7 Legs #35 BB More Squats and Lunges

Track #8 Shoulders using Weight Plates #5 , Mac Raise, Rear Delt raises, Upright Row with #20 BB, Pushups body weight.

Track #9 Abs No BB or Weights

Track #10 Cool down/Stretch track

That's it for me today. I'm in week #10 in PUMP so I'm getting there. I have done a second round of measurements yet was waiting for the end to do that. Now, I'm kinda contemplating what to do workout rotation wise once done with PUMP. I hope everyone had a great weekend and a fab monday workout!

Belinda - Yes, it's a 3 day split. Something different for a change. I've been on total body for a long time. I'm sore today! :)

I made it through the weekend. Out sick Saturday, pushed it Sunday night and went in, actually felt better yesterday.

My workout yesterday was 4DS Premix of Back and Biceps. And for my cardio I did 4DS LIS. Just right for a Monday!

Today was cardio. I had gotten a new workout , Amy Bento All Cardio Hi Lo Knockout. I put it in and tried a premix, but it started off with a completed combo, and I was LOST! So I put in Bob's Beginner Body Transformation Workout. It's not beginner/easy. It's at the least Intermediate. I defnitely got a good workout! I also did the 10 minute abs on this one.

Belinda: VERY cool about the bob rotation and weight lost!! And calories burned!!! Do you have the Beginner Body Transformation workout?

Roxie: At least you did SOMETHING yesterday. Sorry the gym wasn't great.

Debbie: Sounds like a cool rotation and you loved it before, and it's fun to revisit rotations like. Same deal here, I'm revisiting your Dec 08 Rotation!

Nora: Awesome workout with Pump yesterday!!! It's always so hard to pick a new rotation. But all is good!

I decided to try the workout PT made up for me warmed up on the elliptical for 20 mins then did:

Plank on Bosu for 1 min
Pushups on Bosu 40 seconds
Side Lunge off Bosu 12 on each side
Lunge Jumps 16 total
Then I repeated it was suppose to do it 3 times but only had time for 2.

Stats:
1.36 miles
31 mins
26 in the zone
137 min hr
172 max hr
189 cals burned.

Underhand Barbell Row
45# - 1 sets/15 reps
50# - 1 set/12 reps
55# - 1 set/10 reps
60# - 1 set/8 reps

One Arm Row
30# - 1 set/10 reps
32# - 1 set/10 reps
35# - 1 set/8 reps

BICEPS:
Barbell Curl
35# - 1 set/15 reps
45# - 2 sets/10 reps
47# - 1 set/7 reps

Hammer Curls
15's - 1 set/10 reps
17's - 1 set/10 reps
20's - 1 set/8 reps

ABS:
Crunches on Stability Ball
Woodchops w/10#
Reverse Cruch
I did 15 reps each exercise and then took a 1 minute break and repeated 2 more times.

Today was 4DS Premix of Shoulders Chest & Triceps. And then for my cardio I did the all cardio premix from the original Bootcamp. Great little HiiT!!!

Debbie: nice job on the weights today!! So, no more cardio in between weight sets?

Roxie: That's cool your PT gave you a workout to do on the days she doesn't see you. Nice job!! The Bosu is tricky!

Belinda: Almost done with Bob? I forget, what are you doing next? Jillian?

Nora: Sorry your back is sore! Hope it's better today. TF 30 is probably the hardest of the TF's. I seriously think that one is tough!!!

The PT kicked my butt tonite I wanted to throw up.

178 cals burned. Doesn't sound like much but believe me it was tough.

Belinda-it was ok hard to keep my balance on it.
 
Today was cardio and I had a puke status workout. I chose Cardio Coach #6 w/Candace and had an awesome workout. I skipped the 3rd challenge because I ran out of time and because I don't like it much. Still, the workout was a good one.

I am so sore from my weight training and my abs are screaming at me today.

Chris - I might be able to do a little cardio with my weight training but I decided to just do a three day split. I knew the cardio thing wouldn't last long! LOL! Plus my knees are really bothering me lately and I think it's from all the running on the treadmill.

Nora - are you done with Les Mill workouts? Good job on your cardio workout.
